Friendly/Welcoming staff regardless of day of the week. Great selection of coffee beans with nice variety of house brews. Interior is a very relaxed setting.

Great fresh roasted coffee and beans. Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. Prices are hard to beat between $12 & $14 per lb. average.

Always like the home-town feel of this place! Great fresh coffee and sweet baked goods. Had them lightly great a melt-in-your-mouth chocolate cake - rich and smooooth

This place is close to me, so I go whenever I have a chance. The warm, welcoming, and cheerful atmosphere is a great place to have coffee or a light meal by oneself or with loved ones and I have often heard positive feedback from loved ones, so can't complain and don't wish to do that!

Mad City Coffee tweeted on my feed and I checked them out. Of course I ordered a cappuccino. I have to say there coffee is strong perhaps to much for me that day, It was already afternoon. This is a neat coffee shop with WiFi, indoor and outdoor seating and varieties of coffee beans. By the decor you can tell it's all about coffee there. The Barista was a young guy perhaps newer there? They do need a bigger table for a group of people to meet there is only bistro style seating.

I came to Mad City a few years ago, never having been much of a tea drinker and not a coffee drinker at all. My friend suggested that I drink some peppermint tea along with chamomile to help settle my stomach since I have a menagerie of dietary restrictions. Mad City gave me the confidence to enjoy teas as I had not for some reason prior to. The shop is quaint and comfy but could probably use more couches or soft chairs rather than the matching stick chairs they have now. Also a good many of the tables aren't even so you have to find a sturdy one for your laptop or bunch up some napkins to even things out. Just nitpicking. Sometimes the little details matter the most to some folks. Overall, a great litte shop for some warm or cold beverages.

Came in at 6:59 am for just a quick cup of their house brew, to have a young female employee say that they are not open in a rude way. Mind-you, they are the ONLY coffee house in America that opens at 7 am, not 6 am... or even 5... but compared to the gas stations that are now selling fresh local brew coffee, and Dunkin Donuts, I can not see how it is possible for a business like Mad City to be like this. There is so many other options. It's the last that they will see me.

Bland watered down coffee. French toast didn't taste anything like it, instead tasted burnt. Decent pricing, but unclear what was ready brewed. Seems confused as to what they're trying to do- sell a lot of beans, then sell food and baked goods, as well as unbagged tea blends, but have very few beverage options ready for consumption. What if the customer wants to try the beans before they buy? No way to do that!

The smell in here is amazing. They know their coffee and are passionate about making you a great cup. Not to mention, from breakfast sandwiches to wraps, all delicious. And they have hamentashen - oy, so good.
