THEY DONT DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS!!!! Honestly used to love this sandwich shop but they recently got a new employees who all regularly have bad attitudes. I have a gluten allergy and was originally excited by the large sign in the front window implying that they stock gluten-free bread but have consistently had to take my business elsewhere because they never actually have any. This is a total let down I hope they can turn there business around.

Decided to get breakfast and coffee here. Was not disappointed! The sandwiches are super big and tasty but be prepared to wait if they are busy. Staff was very polite and helpful. There are also options for dietary restrictions.

The food is always excellent but they never answer their phone in the morning when it says their open, very frustrating…

Coffee was great and the sandwich was even better. Quick and easy 😌

My husband and I went to St Joe's Cafe last weekend for a quick bite on our way through town. The food, as expected, was fabulous. However, the staff was remarkably rude. They completely screwed up my order, and when I asked them to remake it they acted incredibly put out. While I waited for them to remake it, they had the nerve to stand there talking about me and judging my order "I don't know why someone would get egg whites on a biscuit anyway. Kind of defeats the purpose." And things like that. Would have come here again, but now I never will. If you don't care if you get what you ordered or if you don't mind a side of sass with your breakfast, this us a great place to stop. Otherwise - take your money somewhere else.

I’ve been going to St. Joe’s for years now. The food is good and the prices are fair. The Patty Joe is one of the best breakfast sandwiches out there but unfortunately the service is horrible and bad enough to warrent 2 stars.

Most recently the person on the phone failed to take my order correctly and we were missing a sandwich, when we asked the cook if it was the correct order and then told him we were missing something, he acted like we were trying to get something free out of him. He was rude, inconsiderate and frankly too full of himself.

It’s a shame when a good place hires rude employees because it leaves a lasting mark on customers. I won’t be back for a while.

We are vacationing in Old Orchard Beach and made a happy wrong turn and saw this awesome coffee shop. The sign alone was super intriguing. We went inside and had the best breakfast sandwiches! We love the various flavoring in the lattes, too. My husband got the fireball iced latte and I got the toasted marshmallow iced latte :). Both were so good and didn't require extra shots of espresso like other coffee shops tend to need. Thanks St. Joe's Coffee!!!

The bennies (what they call beignets) were great; they taste just as good as what I had at Cafe du Monde in New Orleans. The coffee was very good too. I also got an asiago bagel to go and that was one of the best asiago bagels I've had.

My sister (who's a great cook, so she never goes out for food) recommended this place. And she's completely right - the best breakfast sandwich. I'm going to add it to the list of places my friends have to go to when the visit Maine.

Desperate for breakfast products and we just typed a search that led us here. Awesome surprise that they had fantastic gluten free breads that we thought we were going to have to do without. The wham & ham was super tasty!
