Used to love this spot and recommend for anyone coming into the area.

They’ve increased their costs by 40%+. We all know the effects of inflation but Acadia provisions is going beyond.

9 months ago, sandwiches were $8-10, Now $14-16. The staff isn’t as pleasant as they used to be and there are fewer.

Great place to get meat. This is the only place we buy beef or chicken from. They also carry Boar's Head deli meat which is amazing. My only complaint is the poor produce selection. If they had better produce we would probably do most of our grocery shopping here.

Nice place for healthier groceries. The staff is very friendly and the store is clean. Good choices on the local olive oils, and local coffee.

Excellent quality, well informed meat manager helping your purchase to a nice steak. I purchased a whole loin and cut myself and couldn’t be happier with my steaks! Definitely recommend

I was originally thrilled to find a place in Downeast Maine that carried alot of brands I like, although overpriced. But after 7 or 8 times shopping here, I've decided to look elsewhere for my favorites and will no longer be recommending the store to our AirBnB guests. A number of factors led to this decision - some of the staff talk loudly amongst each other while ignoring customers, I've found them closed during posted open hours multiple times, but most importantly was that I purchased a product that was spoiled and the cashier was not at all surprised or concerned when I returned it. I asked for a refund and they couldn't figure out how to give me one, and they said "our regular customers know that sale items are out of date". The item I bought actually had no date, but either way my lesson is learned. I won't be joining the ranks of their regular customers.

Great store. I eat a mainly plant based diet and don't buy from factory farmed meat companies (both for their poor treatment of animals as well as their workers) so I like being able to pick up local humanely raised meat from here, and they have a great selection. Their pre-made shish kabobs are great for a quick dinner. Sandwiches in the Cafe are also delicious (though I am bummed they took the "gobble gobble" off the menu).

Excellent butcher counter. I love all the local meats. Also, the deli has the best chicken salad with walnuts and cranberries. We get it every week for the house and try to stop by on Mondays for the meatloaf sandwich. :)

Absolutely amazing selection on meats, seafood and some of the freshest ingredients otherwise around. Will definitely be back to browse again. In shop butcher is an amazing sight, absolutely delicious steaks.

I buy most of my meat here. The quality is excellent, never any waste. The staff are all very helpful and friendly and accommodating, meat is cut to the size and weight i ask for no problems. Excellent source of local produce also, great choice of honey, maple syrup, breads. Love shopping here!
