Great little coffee shop that serves Starbucks coffee inside the Hilton hotel. Good selection of healthy, grab and go items as well as not so healthy grab and go items. Noticed some vegan muffins and other delicious things for all dietary needs.

Does café is excellent for a quick morning pick me up as well as pretty good packaged foods. I grabbed a chicken salad sandwich for lunch and it was incredible. It had grapes, garlic aïoli, and served on a brioche bun which was so soft, buttery, and flavorful.
The food is pricey here, but since it is located inside the Hilton Riverside hotel, you can charge it to the room. If you are a Diamond member, you do get a $15 per day credit that you can use here if you wish.

Worst cafe experience ever. The staff was RUDE and the coffee was watery. Both their service and coffee can’t be more awful. Do NOT recommend.

Lots to offer but the staff is NOT nice at all. Super rude and complacent and even the patrons were trying to be positive. You should train your staff on customer service or just being minimally decent. The variety you offer is great though. Wide selection and everything is clean.

If my memory is correct, I want to say you can get a separate order of boozey coffee here in a separate menu. Besides that, this place is highly convenient to pick up a quick snack, coffee, or beer, bananas as your on the go inside the hotel. Very clean & quick customer service, I just wish it wasn't so rushed but I get it. Prices are the sames as any Starbucks, very spacious if you choose to sit & relax with your suitcase & snacks for a sec to breathe. Lots of hotel parking if you choose to visit this place.

This cafe was pretty depressing. I went on a Friday for a Karate tournament in the hotel. They serve Starbucks, with a Starbucks sign and all.. but, they were out of a couple of items on the menu of drinks. The sandwiches had names like "the Basic Sandwich" with no other info other than expiration date.. no ingredients, no description, no price, nothing. Many other things weren't priced either.
The employees seemed absolutely miserable. I couldn't tell if the place was bad because maybe the employees just don't care or if the employee morale is bad because the operations aspect makes them look terrible.
Oh.. and then the couldn't take credit cards.. only room charge or cash and since I'm there for a tournament, I could only buy 1 of the 2 sandwiches I wanted.
It was pretty pitiful.

Pretty sure this “Starbucks” coffee is just a more watered down version of the hotel coffee. Pretty bad. 😏

Just had the BEST pumpkin spice latte by Joanna! This isn't an official Starbucks (you can't use your app, but they serve Starbucks products.) ...hence, the reason I didn't anticipate it to be so good, but, legit - the best psl I've ever had!

Not too bad I prefer the French press over them due to better service and more selection of coffees.

The employees are very rude and disrespectful, I suggest hiring a whole new staff or correcting their behavior. I don’t recommend this Starbucks.
