I’ve gone two times since ownership changed, both were awful. The service is non-existent. I couldn’t even get the server’s attention to ask for water. And the cocktail list is loaded with sugar.

I was convinced to give it a second try, and our two-top ordered gelato and cocktails. By the time our gelato dishes were cleared, we still hadn’t received our cocktails. The server tried to bring us the POS to pay and when we told him we hadn’t gotten our drinks he just said “Oh, okay.” and walked away. We waited about ten more minutes and flagged him down to ask him to cancel the cocktails and bring the check. Again, just “okay.” then dropped off the POS and walked away.

At least I gave it another chance, but I can confidently say I won’t be returning.

This place looks a lot different now than it does in this picture, but I really enjoyed myself. We had a great time. The ice cream was excellent, the espresso drip over was wonderful, and the coffee was really good too.

My husband LOVES affogato and this place did not disappoint. The staff was so friendly and answered our questions and the way it was served was so cute! Highly recommend this place for coffee or a little treat. Get the bananas foster flavor!!!

Had the Big Easy and it was Divine. It was a little pricey but I’ve been thinking about it ever since. 🤤 very charming place, love the interior and friendly staff however I HATE the extremely loud music. That seems so unnecessary. It gave me so much anxiety where I had to order my affogato To Go. I couldn’t wait to get it and leave since the music was just too loud. Mind you this was in the middle of the day not even at night. And even then, I personally could never sit in a place with music that loud, that’s not a nightclub. Makes no sense. Otherwise, I highly recommend this place!

EDIT: to the owner responding to an overwhelmingly positive review with a defensive attitude, grow up. All you had to do was say “thank you for patronizing and complimenting my business” and keep it moving. You have way too much time on your hands to sit here and pick a part MY experience and antagonize a customer. Guess what? Now I’m lowering my review even further from the generous 4 stars to 3. And, as a local who has continued to patronize your business since the time of this review, I will never do so again now that I see the “owner” is a child, does not respect feedback regardless of whether it’s positive or negative, and tries to debate customers about THEIR experience on Google. You just lost a customer due to your arrogance. Congratulations 🎊🍾

Meh, not worth the visit. Loved the place when the business was a coffee shop with excellent affogato. Now it's a bar who offers mediocre ice cream, bitter coffee, and subpar alcohol, accompanied with loud music, obnoxious scent, and mysterious charges.

So awesome! I was dining nearby on Poydras and Googled dessert nearby and found this place. Super cute and cozy, fancy vibe, and no plastic utensils or bowls! You can build your own sundae which comes with one or two scoops, toppings, and a shot of something hot on the side like espresso or hot chocolate. I opted for just 2 scoops and was not disappointed! Friendly service and they were open until 10pm on a Sunday!

Amazing dessert place, a must go if your visiting NOLA. Probably the best dessert place in New Orleans in my opinion. If you like Ice Cream and Coffee this place is a must try. My wife go the Tira Misu and I got the Oreo. Will be back for sure

The coffee ice cream combo is amazing. It opened up a whole new world for me. Me and my bf loved it so much we had to go back for a second round the next day. It is AMAZING

Edited: lol that literally was not me or my experience at this establishment. This place is a disaster, with clueless and rude staff. It should not take over an hour to get a scoop of ice cream.
