I have a amazing experience. The banana ice cream and cucumber drinks are absolutely amazing. Other dessert are great too even tho the favor I don’t like it’s good too. The worker here are so nice that I order a sampling by myself and I couldn’t finish them all in time so it melt and they remake me a new one. They don’t have to do it but I can see they really care about the customer experience. I will 100% recommend this location.
Incredible! Concept/design/ambiance/flavor! I love experience and our “first day” bartender/hostess did I great job! Had a great chat with the taller gentleman in black and pink floral shirt that works there, very knowledgeable fella! I loved the conversation. I can see this will be a next tourist dessert destination! I would love to connect with the owners and give my kudos personally! WOW
Just do it! Very fun atmosphere. You can sit inside with the colorful decor and music or outside and enjoy the city views and sounds. The gelato is the best you’ll ever have and the drinks were unique and delicious. We are from out of town and came to this place two nights in a row because it was so fun and yummy. The owners and staff were so nice and friendly too! If we ever come back to New Orleans, we will come back to Drip. Thanks for the memories!♥️
Drip is on our must visit list every time we come to NOLA. Coolest vibe in town, amazing affogato in a variety of flavors, friendly staff and the owners are great people. The new cocktail options are delicious! Keep your eyes open for all the small details that make this dessert bar the best you'll ever find.
Super eccentric and funky dessert spot! Got the Big Easy ($12) - a little overpriced in my opinion but I just loved the concept and tasted good. Music was excellent and the artwork on the walls were so cool!
Many ice cream varieties in the PHOTOS are gone, very disappointed. And the price is confusing. It's not the same as the picture in the MENU. I ordered Fight 2 for $20. The flavor is another $5. It's weird that I've received menus that look almost the same but have different prices.
Although this ice cream is more expensive, the taste is still very good. I would recommend the lemon flavor.
We came here for gelato and ended up trying the gelato, affagato, and coconut cake. Cute location and the gelato is fresh and made in small batches. We didn’t try it but saw tables get the gelato and affagato flights which looked awesome. There was a line of people waiting to get in by the time we left.
We came in to get ice cream and I decided to try the specialty tiramisu dish. When I received it, it was delicious. However, this venue is horribly overpriced. One tiny cup of espresso and one scoop of ice cream was $12!
However, if I were coming for drinks, I would highly recommend. It is a perfect location for small outings with a unique ambiance and friendly staff. We ended up chatting with the waitress for about 30 minutes and learning a lot about the area.
Came in on our way out of New Orleans. The space is quaint but has all nice touches that show off the N.O. culture. Had the dirty chai latte and the matcha latte. The portions are large, so if you aren't a heavy coffee drinker, a medium will be big enough. Hope to get back in there and try their gelato the next time I'm in NOLA. The owners were really nice.
Wow! Great experience. Original concept mixing coffee shop, dessert stop and cocktail bar. Had a tasty coconut cake and delicious ice cream and authentic Italian espresso. Maybe the best espresso I’ve tasted in the US. Very similar to the non-bitter, smooth, slightly nutty espressos you will find in Italy as opposed to the overly floral espressos to be found in most US 3rd wave coffee shops or the bitter espresso you often encounter elsewhere in the US.
