The back yard area is magical, open mic nights are ethereal with Josh. Why are all my favorite people named Josh?

Great open mic and vibe. Unfortunately didn't get to try anything this visit, but the friendliness of the staff made us want to come back

Food, coffee, outdoor space, indoor space, take-home groceries, awesome staff, and a farmer/craft-person market. They stopped short of showering me in compliments, but probably would have had I asked. Amazing and worth the trip!

#1 best cup of drip coffee in New Orleans.
#1 nicest interior and restrooms of any coffee shop in New Orleans.
The owner is super friendly and just wants people to love drinking coffee!

Coffee science has the most delicious chocolate chip cookies I have ever eaten. Listen to me when I tell you that you can literally hear angels when you take a bite of their vegan chocolate chip masterpiece sprinkled with sea salt. I lived in NOLA for 3 months as a travel nurse and I would pass by coffee science about 3 times a week just to grab a cookie. The only con, some days I would get there too late and they would all be sold out. The walk back to the car empty handed was unpleasant but I would make up for it with a Coffee Nebula one of their signature drinks and all would be well in the world. If you have the chance pass by, you will not be disappointed.

Nice little shop with a big backyard. There is no wifi, so this place is best for catching up with friends or reading a book.

Amazing staff serving quality coffee in a nice space. I really can't say enough good things about Tommy and his crew. They continually impress me with their diverse offerings, events, and new roasting program. This is the coffee shop I frequent most.

a little gritty and totally rad. It was Halloween and punk music was blaring adding to the edgy vibe and the barista dressed in a carhart ghostbusters jumpsuit made me jealous.

Just so you know there is a parking lot accessable from around the corner on banks St. Otherwise it's almost impossible to find a spot in this busy area. Got some great pateries from their local supplier (the mini frosted blueberry but cake was well worth the calories) a cortafo and a large Venetian cream. Great coffee and a great location. There is outside seating in the back and a large room inside if you need to hang out and work on wifi. Definitely worth a return visit. Plus the Kaldis nostalgia doesn't hurt.

The coffee shop is a nice place and the coffee and drinks are good. I use to come all the time before pandemic. Wanted a change of scenery and decided to visit again, after ordering I find out they no longer have Wi-fi. That’s a huge turnoff for a coffee shop that use to be a great place to come do a bit of work while enjoying the coffee. They only have tons of tables so not sure what is the purpose of not having wifi. Not worth the hassle with parking to come back if it’s an in and out situation.
