Really good food and great service. The tables were a bit dirty and it took a little while for our food to come to us. That's the only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars.

Not only do you have to wait 5-10 minutes for someone to acknowledge your existence in this store, then you finally sit down with you drink, take all your stuff out to study and surprise! The wifi is not working. I thought it was my computer at first so I spent a solid 20 minutes trying to troubleshoot before I basically had to track down an employee in order to ask if their wifi was out which turns out it was. Maybe next time put a sign on the door because I would have promptly gotten back into my car and left and wouldn't have wasted 30 minutes of my time in this store and another 30 minutes to drive and get settled somewhere else with wifi. I've been going to this store for a while because it is so close to my house and their food sucks and their coffee is just OK but at least I could count on the wifi until now. So I will gladly make the extra drive to CC's from now on.

Ordered a french vanilla freeze and it was delicious. The drive thru attendant was very nice. Will definitely go back.

Some of the employees seem to have overly-filthy uniforms and general attire. I've been there a handful of times for various quick meetings and it seems that some of the people that work at this location have food stains on top of food stains on top of food stains. We're talking quad layers here! Needless to say, it grosses me out and I avoid the food. Beverages are ok.

Coffee is ok, but the service is terrible. They are so slow and never get my order right. I ordered my drink, only for them to repeat it back incorrectly. I repeated it again and got to the window only for it to still be wrong. Also, the barista who worked the window is unfriendly and acted like it's a bother when I asked for my receipt.

Both my mother and I visit the Airline location at least three times each week...we have been patrons at that location since their opening. Each of us has been enjoying good coffee for more than 40 years so we are very experienced with what good coffee and bad coffee tastes like; we've brewed our own at home almost exclusively because making it at home has always been the best choice for the best coffee when looking for a particular range of boldness, strength, bitterness, etc.. However, with "French Press Coffeehouse", we are no longer limited to brewing at home because we can now enjoy a great cup of coffee and get out of the house for awhile.
Also, their frozen drinks are amazing and the sugar-free Mocha LaFreeze is OUTSTANDING! Really, if you want to save some calories or like me, simply prefer avoiding excessive sugar, you will find it difficult to notice that it is sugar-free (unlike the other place where the sugar-free flavor, well, tastes horribly sugar-free). If you don't believe me, go to Sta*cks and order a sugar-free mocha (frozen or iced) and then visit "French Press" and order the sugar-free...you'll NEVER go back to the other place and settle for second best again.
I can honestly say we've never had anything less than a 5-star visit ever.. The coffee is better than Sta*cks, the service is first rate (both quick and accurate), the dining area always clean, the baristas always very friendly, and the noise much, much, much LESS than the other popular coffee house; people can actually hear themselves think, listen to music, or carry on a conversation with others without straining to hear what the other people are saying. Anyone looking for a terrific cup of coffee and overall dining-in experience won't need to look any further than the "French Press Coffeehouse"...especially the Airline "French Press Coffeehouse".

It's as if you order at the speaker then they wait till you get to the window to begin making your order. Can't rely on them in the morning any more.
1 year later....still....so....slow....
There's only 3 cars in line. Why does it take 15 minutes like clockwork??

They have the best coffee around! Katie, the manager is always such a pleasant person to see in the different locations, very helpful and always a smiling face! I highly recommend stoping in for a cup of coffee!!

I got a chicken salad sandwich for take out. It was described as having grapes and celery. I didn't see any of that. The portion of chicken salad was small - didn't cover the bread. It was dressed with tomato and lettuce. The tomato was a large chunk, as though it had not been sliced well.
