They simply don't care here, y'all. I ordered a chicken pesto salad and an iced coffee with whole milk and raw sugar from uber eats. The coffee came without the milk, without the sugar. I don't take my coffee this way. If I did, I'd have ordered it like that. As a coffee shop, it truly isn't rocket science to look at the order and make sure you add milk, if milk has been requested. Salad is as described, but completely and utterly unremarkable and uninspired and small. I called their number and of course nobody answered. I won't be using this establishment again.

Absolutely LOVE the coconut L.A. Freeze w/ a shot of expression. I work in Reserve and WE NEED A FRENCH PRESS THERE. There is nothing besides a “donut” coffee shop and they don’t have scones there. The White chocolate raspberry scone at French press is another favorite you have to try this place you’re missing out

I waited over 15 minutes for two cinnamon rolls and bagel this A.M. I believe the girl forgot about us, because when I walked back up to the counter she huffed and puffed all the way to the microwave. Then tossed in the cinnamon rolls and slammed the microwave door shut. I work in the service industry as well, and body language is everything. no need to treat or act this way in front of customers.
I won’t be returning.
The red head is super sweet, and cares about her job. The girl with bad acne does not.
Unfortunately all the restaurants, coffee shops etc; are dealing with the same crisis
Nobody wants to work, so we have lazy and rude employees.

I met a friend for coffee here one afternoon and upon entering, no one acknowledged me or welcomed me to the store. There was a guy making a drink but didn’t bother to say someone would assist me shortly, I waited for a bit before someone came from the back and walked to the register. He still didn’t acknowledge me or say anything. I proceeded to place my order (a medium hazelnut iced coffee. It tasted pretty decent but I would have preferred a tad bit more flavoring. The interior of the place is cute, with both regular tables and a long high-top table. Some of the tables could have used a bit of a wiping, but cleanliness was okay overall.

First time here today.. Very peaceful.. Great "coffee house" music selection.. Was greeted when I walked in.. Baristas were very polite.. Ordered a Ice coffee w/ vanilla almond milk and the Western omelet sandwich.. Delicious! Definitely will return w/ the girlfriend :)

Best underground above ground coffee shop in New Orleans high-speed Wi-Fi gaming available not too crowded lots and tables they got the little slot machine bingo things you can play here to no pressure no scamming no heart sales, coffee and get one for 250 87 refills pretty girls clean inside outside and they don't care if you look like the girl from the dragon tattoo even if you're a boy Alienware approved

I would rate this coffee house close to PJs. The coffee is always delicious. Their Freeze is incredible and you can get it sugar free. Always a plus in my book.

Blended, flavored coffee should not be weak, boring or disappointing.
No coffee house vibe, Intoxicating aromas, featured beans or types of roasts. No quippy coffee mugs or shameless t-shirts with company logo or location bragging. No local events calendar, Mardi Gras parade schedules or local off beat news paper. No music, little stage or tiny dance floor. No featured spoken word artists, local poets or writers works or book signings? No cozy date couches or lounge chairs. Not one enticing, irresistible, delectable feature.
No carafes for 2 or more nothing to entice a customer to come back or to stay for more. No Mardi gras parade schedules or decor. Yeah blah, blah bland, boring like a hospital cafeteria.
I felt cheated there. In New Orleans... "French press" What's your angle? who's your audience? Target customer base? Why create a speciality chain and not feature your product? Less to offer than PJ's? What separates you from Starbucks is what you promote. You know they have 2 names in their chain now. I know they love coffee. Their passion is in the reserves, their service and return customer base. Be you show me what you love about coffee
