Coffee specialized drinks are at best average -- comparable to CCs, Starbucks, etc.

Overall, I give it a 4-star. Clean. Quiet. Nice customer service. Solid location. Food is fine. I will argue that non-chain coffee is significantly better on the whole but for convenience and overall atmosphere, I would still recommend.

CONSTANTLY OUT OF tapioca bubbles but the workers claim to have bubble tea! When I pull up to the drive-thru and ask, "Do yall have bubble tea today?" Don't tell me you have bubble tea but you're out of bubbles. This is the 5th time it happened in the last few months. It isn't bubble tea without bubbles. Just say you have smoothies. MG God. Please buy more bubbles.

Also, it took FOREVER to get our 2 bubble teas last week....we had a simple order; it should have taken 2 or 3 minutes. I'm not sure what the issue is but it took closer to 15 minutes and nobody was in line. We also got small straws with the bubble tea. Willing to change my rating when these things improve! Yall have pretty good frozen coffee.

Great customer service. Young girl named Jill I always see her working in there. She gets out drinks and food incredibly quickly. Always see her cleaning the place up. Kyla same for her. Drinks are always spot on. Those two make a great team. Love this place.

i stop here most mornings on my way to work as it is convenient and less of a wait than the starbucks in elmwood, and every morning i am always greeted with the most miserable sounding employees who talk to you with an attitude and almost throw your drink out the window at you when you make it up to the window. it happened again this morning and i think from now on starbucks will get my business. no attitude / rudeness is totally worth the wait in my opinion.

Clean place, coffee was coffee, service was having a bad day- I hope.

This place is generally pretty good but wildly inconsistent. Sometimes they get the order right other times they don’t and then just add more coffee to it like I won’t notice.

Sometimes the people in the window are nice, sometimes they barely grunt out a response after my numerous thank you’s. I mean would it kill them to say thank you?

If it was not on my way to work, I probably would not stop, but they get it right often enough for me not to have to go out of my way.

The coffee is always fresh and yummy. They always have a new flavor of the month and the food is pretty good as well.

The inside is nice and clean With plenty of space.

Best location out of all 4. They are constantly busy, on top of their stuff,very professional all the time & clean. I did notice napkins may have been missing but maybe I didn’t realize it . Anywho, best coffee shop in Nola. I will be returning !!

Always a good experience and I love the coffee!! This location is very convenient and I’m always taken care of. I have been to each location and often am greeted by the friendly manager, Katie. She is always smiling and joyous. Great energy keep it up FP!
