Always Rude. Always Racist
Sometimes no amount of goodwill can change what one thinks of a certain group of people. Every time me or my family members come into this establishment, we receive a very casual hello with no eye contact. They employees also take completing their tasks before helping us.

This place was the WORST. The wait was unexplainably long, and once we got to the drive thru window, we were treated with disrespect. We asked for a spoon and was told everything was already in the bag (which we had already checked.) So we politely asked for a spoon once more, and was told flat out "No." Never come here, even if it's just for a coffee. You'll have a better, quicker one made down the street.

I come all the time and there is a girl who is unbelievably rude. She never greets her customers and is always on her phone, texting when she’s taking orders. I was standing at the counter and she stared at me from the back register with no words. A guy eventually came and took my order. Both of them were loud while I was doing my work and kept kissing behind the counter. I found it to be very unprofessional and unsanitary.

Started going to Airline Dr the day it opened. Loved it...until this morning when the two ladies working just didn't meet the same standard of friendliness as all the previous employees. I ordered a medium lafreez, she repeated my order correctly, got to the window and she had charged me for a large. I explained that I'd ordered a medium and she handed the receipt to me and said sign this, shut the window and walked off. The receipt was for a large, i waited for her return and explained again. She said (rather rudely) I was going to get the difference in change so I wouldn't have to redo the transaction. I said well you could have said that prior to closing the window and walking off. It just wasn't the service I have been used to getting at this French Press. Not very "French Press" standard at all...disappointed.

Always enjoy the French press, they're cappuccino is great. The food is pretty good. The amount of seating is pretty good at the one on airline but the one at David drive is a bit of a tight squeeze

I was given a gift card so I have chosen to get my coffee here. Every time I come, there is only a few cars ahead of me and I have to wait 25-30 mins in line. All I get is, I’m sorry, when I bring it to their attention at the window. Get more help especially in the morning!!!

Hands down the best coffee house I’ve been to on the Southshore! The menu is INCREDIBLE there’s literally something for literally EVERYONE! Customer service is always amazing especially when you’re lucky enough to catch Katie in the shop!! Try the Southern Pecan you won’t be disappointed!

Took me over 15 minutes to get through the drive thru and there was only 2 cars ahead of me. My favorite is the sausage egg and cheese croissant...it was kinda thrown together and there wasn't as much cheese as they usually put on it. I live French Press, i really d, but they disappointed me today

Even though they were understaffed and had a very limited menu, in this post hurricane time, the two ladies were very pleasant and worked hard. Exemplified the usual French Press persona
