I haven't been here in 10 years or so. I went for the mushrooms St Trey. These are so delicious, and those remain the same. That was a positive.
Although overall the service seemed good in the restaurant, we had the bum luck to have a server who really didn't seem to care too much. We didn't have our order taken for a long time while others were ordering and receiving food. I didn't get my hot chocolate until I had to ask twice for it. My salad was supposed to be on romaine lettuce, but it was iceberg and the harder white bits that I don't care for. The crackers that were served with the salad were probably 10 years old. Even the basket was dirty. My friends' breakfasts were okay, as they said.
I imagine this is a place better for the fried dishes and burgers.
I will likely stay away, unless I'm craving the mushrooms.

This is a popular spot for breakfast. Stopped by while I was in town for an event and was able to get a seat at the bar. This place is seat yourself and there is a possibility there will be a wait when you arrive. Felt that I got my money's worth for the amount of food I received. The staff was very friendly and attentive while I was there. If I am Gretna again, I will make sure I stop by for breakfast.

I enjoyed the food and great customer service. The only thing I dislike was the iced coffe it was watery and had no flavor. But everything else was perfect. The waitress was amazing and did a wonderful job. The crowd was more of an older crowd didn't see young people there. They also have a bar.

Great breakfast and lunch spot. The portion sizes are very large for the prices. The service was quick and we were able to be seated promptly even though it was very busy on a Saturday morning. The pancakes, grits, bacon and hash browns were all delicious.

This place has an amazing breakfast. We had the crab cake benedict and the shrimp omelet. Both were out of this world. I would highly recommend stopping here.

Eggs Benedict and a fruit cup is my favorite breakfast. I make a mean one myself so when I pay for that meal, that's my kudos. Plus the price is fantastic. Idk where else you'd walk out for under $20. That's including a generous for the friendly staff.
