Went when it was fun, unknowing about needing to make a reservation it seemed. They were quick and efficient to let us know they were too full and offered us to come back another time. Very nice looking place though

Amazing experience this is my second time here and somehow this place just keeps getting better and better. We were placed at the Putnam table in the sanctuary area and it was a cute little cove off to the side in a sunny area. Our waitress, Laurie, was so sweet and accommodating after we told her one our friends was vegetarian. We had the Windsor tea service, which came with real finger sandwiches, mini quiches, samosas, and the cutest decorated petite fours all on a beautiful tea rack. Tea selection at this place are absolutely vast and you can try several pots. We drove to Covington especially for the tea service after having experienced a lackluster high tea service at the Ritz in New Orleans. Don't waste your money on a pretentious tea service at the Ritz when you can have this amazing experience for only $30! The scones and the Devonshire cream stood out as clear favorites. Always a winner in my book and from now on my place to have afternoon tea when in Louisiana worth the hour drive from New Orleans. I do kind of wish there was a dress code just because some of the other people were dressed a bit inappropriately but it's a minor detail. Amazing amazing place!!!!

A visit here is an experience in itself. The staff is friendly and the place has a cozy atmosphere. The tea menu can be a bit overwhelming, so don't be afraid to ask for suggestions or help when selecting a flavor. Food is also available, I would suggest the hot cross buns if you want something filling. If you enjoy British food, they have a small variety, from Bangers and Mash, to Marmite on toast.

Lovely tea room with a great selection of teas and finger food. Food was decent and staff were friendly. They made sure our orders were appropriately prepared in the kitchen since we were vegetarian. If you miss being in London pay them a visit and feel right at home! Would recommend them for an afternoon tea gathering or delightful date afternoon.
