Lovely tea. Lovely environment. Great place for a daytime date or meetup with girlfriends for lunch. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Have been many times and have usually had a pleasant experience. I thoroughly enjoy the tea, especially the chocolate chai and Mr. Darcy. I recommend adding a brown sugar cube (maybe not to something already sweet like the chocolate chai, though) and seeing how it changes the flavor.

The menu has changed and prices have gone up. There is no longer a tea and scones combo. Tea service is $6.95, and a pair of scones is $7.95. So that's about $15 if you want both tea and scones (one person). They also no longer offer to-go cups for tea, though there still is unlimited tea at the table. I finally got to try the korma and was highly disappointed due to the lack of vegetables and the undercooked crunchy rice. Don't order the korma and opt for something more popular. Dishes I have liked in the past include the hummus and the quiche, and I still love the scones and lemon curd.

If you have a toddler or young child that will not be drinking tea, beware that they will try to charge you the $6.95 for tea service if the child even samples some of your tea playfully. Tea cups and spoons are set before everyone at the table, so ask for it to be removed maybe. I understand charging for an older person drinking full cups of tea and trying to charge for adults sharing a pot, but my 3-year-old was just playing with the tea cup set in front of her and mimicking what we did. She dipped her spoon in and licked it and added a little cream and licked that as well. She never once was asked what tea she wanted so this was a charge that was trying to be sneaked in. I called out the extra charge to our waitress, who rudely replied she could charge for the cream instead (something you are normally not charged for). We got the charge dropped, but the damage was done and we will not be visiting as often, and my toddler will definitely not be coming as this was not a kid friendly environment like it used to be. My family and I also know what rude waitress we will request not to have whenever we come in the future. I will not report her or name drop her, but I hope she will treat families better in the future. Kindness goes a long way.

Despite this one bad experience, we have for the most part enjoyed our visits and have been treated well. Other staff members and the owners are very cordial. It is fun to dress up and have tea, but maybe this kind of place is now better suited for formal occasions and special visits rather than casual ones with the family.

This place was an experience! My wife and I stopped by here on a trip to go Kayaking on the Northshore.

First, no that you will need reservations. Unless I missed it, you will need to call to make these reservations. We wanted to go on a Saturday and we (after having our kayak trip canceled twice due to weather) discovered that you have to call in advance. The first time we called mid-week and they were booked up. Maybe not for weekdays, but definitely for Saturday.

The restaurant has various themed rooms. All are adorable.

The tea service is great! Soooooooo many teas!!! I had a black tea that was recommend. My wife had a hibiscus. Both yummy.

I had the Windsor high-tea while my wife had Shepard’s pie. Both were tasty. The scones are absolutely the best!!!

My only gripe would be the customer service was a little lacking. Everyone was very very friendly, but it wasn’t the fastest service. It took probably 10 min from the time our check was dropped off for the waitress to make her way back around. Ultimately it didn’t really impact our experience so I am still happy to rate them 5 stars.

Overall, this place is a gem and very unique. Highly recommend!

Delicious BLT: the bacon was salty and crispy, the lettuce lightly marinated, the tomatoes fresh, Hellmann’s mayo (!!), and the bread was freshly made. If you’re looking for a tasty sandwich in Norway, this cute little cafe is the place. Simple and perfect. We had a pot of Yorkshire tea after and I noticed they had lovely scones with clotted cream among other beautiful pastries. The owners were friendly and made nice recommendations. We will definitely come back when we’re passing through.

Such a cute atmosphere! HUGE selection of teas. Some teas I would not repeat- ginger in particular was not very good. Was very light in flavor and honestly didn’t taste like ginger at all. But the chai black tea was very good. Food was all pretty good as well.

I went here a while ago, but put off posting a review because i’m on my mobile phone and wanted to figure out how to attach pictures first. I couldn’t figure it out, but rest assured, the food is beautiful. My roommate and I love this place and we don’t live in town. You only have to pay for one pot of tea to test all of the teas you want, and they have so many! Last time I was there, I really loved the Mr. Darcy. All of their chai teas are amazing iced. I really enjoyed the chicken salad sandwich one time, and the workman’s lunch (I can’t remember the actual name of the dish) another. I could also eat a million of their scones. Still, the tea variety is the main selling point for me. I definitely recommend this place if you’re a fan of tea! Perfect to bring your mom or your friends when you feel fancy!

Edit: figured the pictures out!

I’ve always heard this place was fantastic, rumors proved to be true. I don’t even care for tea, but this place rocks.

I love the strawberry and cream sandwich, so many many tea options. Everything was delicious

A absolutely masterful place to come for tea, relaxation, and good food. The theme of this place is excellent with British props and items scattered throughout.

This place offers some of the most varieties of tea I have seen at a very affordable price. Food pricing is around $$ and is very delicious. Some British based offerings amongst commonly known breakfast and lunch items are on the menu. Parking is accessible at and around the downtown area. All withen reasonable walking distances.

The staff member we had was very knowledgeable and offered great tea suggestions! Thanks to her! We were also greeted at the front from two very kind and welcoming ladies.

Thanks for the experience, a must visit for anyone!

Great place for a nice afternoon. Excellent variety of menu items & a whole menu just for tea. Pleasant atmosphere; quaint English decor. A good place for tea & scones. Good service and limited parking but off street parking is available, too.
