This is my go to stop on my drives to Nola. Great beignets and they also have very good coffee. It's in a small plaza next to a great little sandwich/grocery place. There is plenty of parking and the bathrooms are clean. Quaint and clean!

Omg! The staff was so nice! We drove around for 20 mins trying to find beignets. This place had them. They were amazing. True lousiana beignets. Must stop here if youre going through Baton Rouge and if you live in Baton Rouge I'm offically jealous.

Thee best beignets ive ever had. I love Rue Beignet. Always hot and the perfect size. This time we tried the sprinkle cinnamon sugar. It was delish! My husband got caramel on the side to try. Needless to say the regular other flavors are great.

Dropped in this morning to buy two dozen beignets as a thank you to our local fire department for visiting our children yesterday afternoon. Yen, the manager, quickly created them deliciously, and offered me a sample and cup of cafe au lait complimentary while I waited! He even delivered to my truck, opened and closed my driver’s door AND stood outside until I safely pulled off.. waving and thanking me. Wow! Service at its best! First customer of the day has its privileges. If you need a job they are hiring😊.

Ordered black coffee and cafe au lait. Cashier said they're making some. Brings out 2 pots of coffee, pours both pots in the Cafe au lait, pours a cup of Cafe au lait and hands it to me and asked if I wanted another coffee. Yes, I ordered black coffee because I'm lactose. Oh, well we can make more. No thanks, can't get my coffee right, I'll take my business elsewhere. Would not recommend Rue Beignet due to service and competency!

Nothing but young people running things. A no care attitude. The tables were dirty and they acted like it was a chore to serve you.
A year later and we decided to try this again.
I must say. Management change? I dont know , but this place has some of the best beignets I have ever had. Clean quiet. Local artist painter rings hang on the walls. We will be back.
