Heine Brothers Coffee - Outer Loop

9:18am 11/1 The young lady (white girl short brown hair) taking orders at drive-thru window was so rude, She ruined the Heine bro experience, any question I ask her about the menu was met with Impatience. The Heine Brothers out brownsboro would put this place to shame!!! Train your employees better please❤️

Shift lead Ashley at Heine Bros on Outer Loop knew exactly what I, a tired and time-crunched college student needed to make it through hours of finals work tonight. She hooked me up with a delicious cold brew and gave me the best recommendations for how to best customize my drink. She was upbeat and made me very excited to try something new. Thank you Ashley! You gave me the energy and the positivity I needed, along with a new fave menu item 🔥😊☕️

Fresh new place, plenty of seating. The acoustics in the place are amazing. If the place is busy it gets kind of loud.

Very comfortable to do some work with headphones, don't even consider doing virtual meetings unless they are at off or low traffic hours.

Excellent products and friendly professional service.

I was out at Jefferson Mall and was heading downtown to go to work. Rather than grab a coffee from a national chain, I decided I would stop here before I got on 65 and "shop local". I walked in - nobody in line in front of me. Awesome! I order a large iced caramel latte.

I then proceeded to wait FIFTEEN minutes for my drink. This is not an exaggeration, I checked the time on my receipt. Remember, there was no one in line in front of me when I walked in. It appeared that there was one other drink made for the drive-thru while I waited. I was offered no apology for my wait, no explanation, nothing.

To top it all off, the coffee was no good either. The drink was bitter, with very little to no caramel taste. There are plenty of other local coffee shops around. Visit them. Leave Heine Bros alone.

I absolutely adore the staff at this location. They always have something nice to say, smiles on their faces, and are just super friendly. The times that I have went (usually between 10 AM - 12 PM) it is not crowded at all. I get super fast service! Oh! And their drinks are delicious.

Excellent shop designed for professional meetings with several options of seating. Great coffee quality! One of the best I've seen for professional meetings and work.

Cannot believe they charge $6.75 for the smallest wrap I’ve ever seen! Tiny bit of egg and cheese, maybe a 1/4 inch thick spread across, 6 black beans, tiny bit of crumbled chorizo barely visible and 3 French fries to serve as potatoes? Seriously! If charging this crazy price for single wrap show the prices on the board and don’t just ring peoples cards up with that shock! I can go to Qdoba and make an entire mini bowl for $6. Unacceptable hidden inflation. Made me lose my respect for this company that pulling this hidden up charge of a cost on people and will be going to Starbucks from now on.

Room for improvement. The guy at the to go window was pleasant but he was met by a snarky and snappy fellow employee when he asked her to add ice to the iced tea she or someone else had made. I heard her say “you are literally next to an ice machine, I mean really?” In her best valley girl voice. She was mad because she was talking and telling a story to another employee. He was taking the orders, be hospitable and working the register. The least she could have done was helped a little.

I felt bad for the guy because it was very active in the drive thru and she’s acting like he’s the one not doing enough. I hope that negativity and toxic behavior gets lost. I hope she sees this and understands people hear her and this makes the shop look bad.

Ok so I usually don’t write reviews...I feel like it’s necessary bc the quality of this local chain has plummeted over the last year. I’m not sure if cost have been cut or what but every latte I get now is basically just milk. They no longer carry decaf espresso at most locations so if I get half calf latte you can’t taste the espresso at all. I just left with a cappuccino thinking that will make a difference...nope. It’s made latte style and I can barely taste the espresso. I usually don’t get any flavor in mine bc I like the way coffee taste and Henie Used to have the best flavor but now the hunt is on for a new local shop unless they step up. It’s unfortunate bc they used to be the best hands down.
