Heine Brothers Coffee - Outer Loop

Excellent coffee, good internet and not terribly busy. Only point of contention is getting into Lone Oak Commons. You must know where the entrance is, and plan your approach vector!!!

Coffee was great. Service, not so much. Placed a mobile order that was supposed to be ready at 2:49, got it at 3:03. Whats the point of using the app? Never had this problem at other locations.

Awesome coffee, the beekeeper was so good. Try the bacon cheddar scone 🤤

Trendy coffee shop. Coffee was delicious, staff could have been a little bit better on service. Did not separate orders so two groups spent a long time to pick up order because no one mentioned who it belonged to.

Man- being the "lucky" person I am, my car completely broke down in the drive thru this morning. Would not start back up. I start pushing my car to get it out of the way and park it in a space, and the staff saw me and came out to /help/ me push my broken down POS into a parking space, offered as much help as possible to get it fixed, and even went into their own personal cars to look for any tools they had so I could get the job done. Way above and beyond, all of them. I'm so extremely grateful. Y'all really made an awful morning a lot better. Plus, the coffee was delicious. I can't thank you guys enough, really.

They're almost always busy but they do try to get you through the line as quickly as they can. They are almost always really friendly, too. I've found my coffee drinks to be a bit on the strong side, flavor wise, but they let me tell them half the amount of coffee, substitute with milk, add extra flavor. I don't like being such a hassle but when I do it that way the drink is almost always fairly close to perfect.

Can't say enough positive things about Heine Bros! I've been enjoying their coffee since 1994! Love that they took a risk with the South end crowd!

I've given this location multiple shots, but they are incredibly slow in the mornings. Like 20min wait time. Don't count on it if you're trying to get to work.

Great tasting coffee. At a good price. Always very friendly service. The wait is a little bit longer than tge other popular coffee place. But it shows in the quality of the finished product. I would rather wait a couple extra minutes for perfection 😍. Thank you guys. Without you my morning commute wouldn't be the same. This is why I always tip. So stop by this location and when you do show the staff you appreciation for all of their hard work and tip. They are helping get us through this hard time. We don't recognize food and beverage employees enough. They have worked hard through this pandemic as well.
