Heine Brothers Coffee - Outer Loop

One of my wife's favorites. Service is always fast and accurate.

I used to live in the Okolona/Outer Loop area and very much appreciated this being the only coffee shop within a 10-15 minute drive. Especially when so many other shops were closed at the early stages of Covid, they opened up their drive thru much earlier on (definitely made sure to tip them well!) The staff are always friendly and I love the space at this particular location. One of my favorites!

This is probably my least favorite Heines location in Louisville. Service is incredibly slow, I always have to repeat myself at least twice, and my drink always comes out to be very bitter and not mixed very well, even with adjustments. Whereas when I ordered the same thing at a diff Heines location on Bardstown and it tastes perfectly fine, its thoroughly mixed, and my drink is made in under 5 minutes. But at least the staff here is friendly though, that is until they realize that you aren't giving them a well deserved tip that they think they should. Though if that's the case, please improve the quality of the product that you intend to sell as well as the service so that next time I can find a reason to leave a very good tip.

Always a very pleasant experience when going the this Heine Brothers. Staff is always smiling and friendly. Over all service is nothing short of amazing. 10/10 recommended.

I am a coffee shop amateur so I was unsure of the different blends, etc. Usually I just go for a cup at the house if I drink any at all. Any rate, that leads to a positive experience, the girl taking orders at the drive thru was patient and helpful. I knew I needed coffee/caffeine, and almost ordered a milk based drink. If she hadn't taken the time to work with me, I probably would be disappointed.

The drink I ordered was a bit pricey, but was very good. When I say pricey, keep in mind I don't buy coffee often.

Great organic options found at Heine Brothers. I think I am addicted to their breakfast wraps. They have different choices, egg, cheese and bacon, vegan and one with sausage. They come with salsa. There are fresh pastries to order. Seasonal offers like pumpkin muffins, coffees, etc. Of course many choices in coffee. My personal favorite is the Creme brulatte (sp). Best part, the staff are so friendly and work to fulfill orders quickly and correctly. Make sure to show your appreciation if you stop by!

Stopped here while traveling! Great tasting coffee. Cute shop and friendly workers. It was a good experience. My daughter loved her coffee as well and she is extremely picky. We will be back next time we are in town!

Very clean and friendly staff. Cold brew, iced, mocha with a Bacon cheddar scone! Yum!
