I came looking for a place to lounge for about an hour and read. I was very impressed with the titanic size of the building the shop is part of - it looks to be some sort of retired industrial building, all brick and concrete on the exterior.
Inside is very spacious and airy, with a design that clearly had a simple but elegant aesthetic in mind.
The latte I had was very decent as well, and cupped very nicely. Good latte art.
I also had some quiche, which was good, though pricey.
I appreciated the thought out into naming the shop, and the intentional message packed into it. Excellent vibe, kind staff.

First off, I love coffee. I love how different every coffee shop is and how tasty their treats are.
Brevede has the best atmosphere in kentucky.
Parking is easy, there’s a HUGE lot in the back of the building too. There’s nothing to complain about- the kindness of the employees makes the world a better place.
Also, their roast is my personal favorite. It has a pleasing aroma and you can tell you’re drinking coffee. I may not have the same taste buds as you, but that doesn’t mean somethings wrong with their roast, it just means we are different and that’s what makes America great.

The shop itself is very pretty and has a good atmosphere. My only reason for docking a star is that I ordered a chai tea latte and it sincerely tasted like the bottom of an overly steamed cup of tea. It was BAD. I hope that they improve this drink because it does not taste like a chai tea at all

Brevede has the highest quality coffee that I’ve seen in Lexington (many friends say the same). Their espresso is amazing, the décor is super cute, and the barista is really nice as well. We tried the miel and the raspberry latte - both were insanely good. Thank you guys!

I am not a coffee drinker; however their selection of teas is more than adequate. Every flavor I have tried is delicious.
Very friendly staff and great location.

This is our new favorite spot in town! It’s so open and has amazing vibes. The coffee is real! No cavities with your drinks. They’re getting ready to start they’re bakery side and we can’t wait to try each new treat. Absolutely love how open it is, no claustrophobic moments at this Lexington treasure. They also have a great outdoor space where you really get to enjoy the distillery district atmosphere. Plus they have an adorable table for your littles. Definitely a must try.

Wonderful atmosphere set quaintly in a refurbished warehouse. Attended by exceptional staff who know their craft. Had a great visit.

What a place. As soon as you walk in it is mind blowing. I am not a local but I think this is the best coffee spot in the nerest 100 mile radius. Coffee is awesome, pastries are to die for, and interior is very inviting. Adult, kid, or retired you will love this spot. Very spacious and can accommodate many different group sizes. Awesome job Brevede Coffee people.

Came in on a Sunday afternoon a couple weekends ago when a young boy was working solo. Waited about 10 minutes in line to place the order, and from the moment I swiped my credit card to the time my drink was made I waited another 40 (yes, FORTY!) minutes for ONE SINGLE iced latte. A cute aesthetic and décor does not make up for such long, unacceptable wait times.
Sam was very sweet and did the best he could considering the crowd. However, this is not the first time I came in where this coffee shop was severely under-staffed. Management should be aware of their busy peaks and schedule accordingly. I would not return nor recommend Brevede for this reason.
