Great vibe, a much needed addition to the Distillery District. Wider selection of bakery items would be an improvement. And while it's sacrilege to some purists, I think every coffee shop needs a decent selection of syrup flavors. Will definitely return!

My family and I visited today for the first time.
We probably arrived on the busiest day (Saturday) of the week and time, so parking took an extra circle around the parking lot to find (not too bad).
The cafe's indoor seating was probably 70% full -- yet it didn't feel crowded because it's huge. The atmosphere was pleasant and a lot of UK students were on their laptops working away. We were 2nd in line and a minute or 2 later we had our order in. We ordered a vanilla latte, 2 hot chocolates, a drip coffee, and a strawberries with cream waffle.
We sat near the massive windows, enjoyed our drinks and waffle, and watched half a dozen trains pass back and forth.
The bakery has yet to open, so we are looking forward to that deliciousness as well (and probably a future gym membership...).
Check it out for yourself and support local businesses.

Cozy atmosphere. A little pricey. My drink wasn't really hot, and didn't have as much flavor as I expected.

First off and most importantly, the coffee is really good. If you like a medium roast with a touch of brightness, you'll agree. It's not sour. Very smooth. The location is great as well. There is a variety of seating suited well for groups or if you're alone. The only downside is that parking can get busy in the evenings.
Overall, great place with great atmosphere. 10/10 would recommend.

It has been an absolute joy being served every day by these folks, they’re very personable, their affinity for design, and their service and product is simply top notch. They’ve bent over backwards to help their customers every week, and I’ve been able to experience such fantastic service! The place is remarkably clean, their Belgian waffles are delicious no matter the price they are any given day! One thing I’ve really enjoyed is their respect for our current government mandates to keep a safe, clean, and straightforward environment, especially in the midst of an epidemic!
Thankful for their service; check them out! Whether you need a workspace or a meeting place, or just a place for community—i definitely recommend brevedé. :)

Hands down one of the best coffee shops I have been to!
They homemake everything, and the owner personally takes the time to select the ingredients. He was kind and even shared how his wife makes the cream in the morning.
The waffles are to die for and the cold brew amazing!

Cool atmosphere and the food was good, but I had to wait too long on my coffee and ask them about the rest of my order 10 minutes later. They also didn't call the names on our drinks so we got it confused with another woman.

Delightful little coffee shop that we found thanks to Google. Great coffee, yummy snacks and fantastic atmosphere.

Great space, properly pulled espresso with a beautiful crema, and friendly staff. They run Onyx as their primary roaster and seem to do a good job. Legit espresso machine and grinders as well.

Brevede is the warmest coffee shop in town I mean that in every sense of the word. The atmosphere that is created here is professional. The ladies talk to you like they are your friend, the setting gives off you are far from home but close in the heart. Some coffee shops in Lexington it just feels cold and along with clientele maybe that’s just my experience. Brevede is one of two coffee shops that are must in my morning routine and I wouldn’t have it any other way
