Scooter's Coffee

Loved this place, HOWEVER,
sadly we will no longer frequent this location. Lack of communication and listening skills is a HUGE factor here. Sad to say, customer service is lack luster as well!!! Went with our son, ordered two drinks, a small chai ICED tea and large decaf vanilla latte. What we got was a small HOT chai latte and a stare from the window. Then, after waiting for our other drink and confused about the current drink but willing to "SETTLE", I was asked, "why are you still waiting." Surprised in her response, I explained that we ordered TWO drinks, and the one that my son was holding was not even the drink that he ordered. She promptly told me, "no that's what you ordered, he's holding it." I know accidents and misunderstandings happen, we are human right. But, instead I was told that the drink we had was what I ordered. Um no. This is 1 drink and we ordered 2, AND I'm pretty sure we know hot from iced. No apology or anything, just hold on I'll get it. Then, when we get the drinks, lack luster. Sorry Scooters. Wanted to keep it local, back to Starbucks we go.

I've been there twice now, and each time was a great experience. I received my drinks in a quick timely manner and the girl at the window was very friendly. I definitely recommend this Scooter's. It's in a good location in Valley Center and I will be going back again.

Girls there are always so friendly. Service is quick. Always enjoy what I get from there. Best coffee and cinnamon rolls in my opinion!

I'm not sure if there's a standard for how the coffee is made between all scooters, but your medium/dark roast is different than other scooters. It's pretty watered down. I love having you guys closer to my house but I can't do the coffee here. :/ Please let me know if you guys change anything so I can change the review and start coming back!

Love the employees here and the drinks are amazing 10 out of 10

Not as expensive as Starbucks, but still pricey. Slow getting my coffee out.

Even if it looks like a long line, they're so quick I usually have my latte about 3 minutes from pulling into line to driving away. The longest part of wait is me handing them my debit card

I'm sooooo excited they just opened!! Love the Peanut Butter Power with an extra shot of espresso! Plus the cinnamon roll is FANTASTIC!!
