Einstein Bros. Bagels

First time eating here and we loved it. Food was fresh and delicious. Pick up was fast, easy and had everything we needed to enjoy our meal on the go. Included napkins, forks, coffee condiments etc.

Solid bagel! The wife and I like to get bagels once a week after we workout (counter intuitive, I know) so we’ve tried quite a few places!

The savory (everything bagel) bagels are particularly good. They’re a bit denser and more substantial than Panera’s. This is not a bad thing, it makes the bagels a bit heartier and feel like a meal.

I’d recommend the bagels

As someone else said stick with drinks and baked goods. I ordered a bagel with a smear…my bagel was split and toasted but no smear!! Disappointing

This was first time to an Einstein store like this. I tried to order 2 bagels with the cashier and she rudely told me to go to the other counter. During this time 3 people walked in and started ordering dozens of bagels. I asked her twice if she could just get two bagels for me and she refused and went back to cleaning the coffee maker. If you want a friendly, energetic experience in the morning there are many other places around to get that. Friendly, helpful service makes such a big difference especially in the morning.

So this was my first time at this location. It was very disappointing. They not only got my order wrong, they didn’t even say sorry and they got the order wrong of the table next to me as well. When i asked the table next to me if this was typical she said yes, everytime she comes. I had asked for no bacon because I don’t eat pork and they brought it out with bacon, I politely reminded them I ordered no bacon and they just removed the bacon rather than getting me a new bagel. I also ordered the twice baked hash browns side and a drink they forgot both. My bf and I both received our bagels not toasted at all and we had asked for double toasted. They forgot my drink as well and I had to go up and ask for it. A simple apology would have been nice but I received none. What a disappointment.

Everything smells burned, and if you haven't had your coffee for the day yet, no worries, the witch at the register's attitude will bite you hard enough you will no longer need coffee.
She hates the very idea that you are making her work and she cannot comprehend how to use a simple register, her only job.
The store manager, and the rest of the staff is nice, though I guess it's never too early for Halloween.
Breakfast sandwiches, although made fresh had too many spices and not as good as other Einstein Brother's locations.

People are super nice and the bagels taste amazing! Come here atleast once a week. Only wish they were open in the evenings!

The food wasn’t good as it used to be, the service is also low. I asked to add Turkey to my sandwich but they didn’t add it and I also asked for pickles and also they didn’t give me.
We paid and ate outside and in the middle of us eating the manager talks us in a very rude way that we need to pay before eating as if it was our fault that they didn’t tell us on the time of the payment!

I have been at this location several times and been very pleased, but today's experience was not good. I stood at the register for 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged my presence. There was an employee preparing food right in front of me- she did not say "hello" or "someone will be right with you"... nothing. Someone finally came out of the back of the restaurant to take my order. I did get my correct sandwich, but they forgot my pickle that I requested, gave me someone else's bagel and cream cheese, and my pumpkin cookie was terribly burned :( A sad day for Einstein.

People are friendly and they will cut the bagels if you ask. Made the same day (I dislike frozen bagels) . Lots of cream cheese flavors 😋. My favorite is the onion and chive . They also have some nice pastry and ☕ coffee
