Einstein Bros. Bagels

Real personable friendly employees. I got my order so fast I didn't have time to make my coffee. Super fast!

I was exacting to have a good coffee and bagels, but the service no was great service and the coffee was cold and flat.

Forget about coming here weekend mornings. With 5 staff working their tails off. 20 mins to get a bagel with smear. Too many online orders plus 25 people in line for the overwhelmed staff to serve.

Lost my business. Wanted one bagel. Waited over 20 minutes while they filled on line orders which took priority over the 25 people waiting inside the store. Cranky staff.
Will just drive through Panera next time. Not worth the wait or the attitude….it’s just a bagel.

The place is dirty. The coffee was empty . Took 15 min to get my bagel.
Use to be A clean environment three years ago when the old manager was there.

First time ever eating at any Einstein locations. My partner got three bagels and I got a breakfast burrito. Total was around $19. Got in the car to head off to get ready for the day and unwrapped the burrito? It looked good, but the wrap was stuck to the paper as if it had been thrown in the microwave from a prior order. The only way to eat it was with a fork or spoon; not how I intend to eat a breakfast burrito. There wasn’t even enough salvageable wrap to cover the parts stuck to the paper because all of it was stuck.

I did return my burrito for refund.

Love their bagels. Always the same every time!

Way improved service! They are slammed and short staffed (like everyone) and still have great service, the best they have ever had! Selections can run short but even that gas improved in recent weeks. Great food, good coffee, and preorder for quick up. I am now a regular.

Good food, good drinks, friendly staff, very SLOW service. Not as slow as the college and Antioch store but close. It wasn't always that way but for several months both locations have been horribly slow. I have stopped going because it is that bad.

I love the food and drinks here but the service at this location is absolutely terrible. I am extremely considerate and patient when it comes to food service workers, i’ve been there, but this has gotten unacceptable. I don’t know if they’re understaffed or what, but every time i go in it’s something new. I order curbside, it never gets brought out so I end up going and waiting another 15minutes until they have my order ready. I once ordered online and when I got there asked about my order because it had been placed 30minutes prior, they then told me nobody finished the order because they were out of the bagel I asked for. I don’t understand why they didn’t just call me or ask when i went in to the store if i wanted a different kind of bagel. And the other day, the most frustrating, myself and about 10 other people were waiting in line to order. 10 minutes go by, the line is out the door, and they finally decide to announce that their terminals are down so they can’t take orders. That should be something you tell people as soon as they walk in. Especially in the morning when people are usually on their way to work. Do better

Went in for 1 bagel before going to work and it took nearly 15 + minutes. I actually had to ask for my order. The staff doesn't acknowledge people waiting to order (saw one guy walk out the door). There was one guy working there who seemed more concerned about everyone's else's large on-line orders and had the staff working on it instead of getting the people waiting in the lobby out the door. The customers waiting in the lobby all had the same frustrated look on their faces. Very disorganized. Next time I want a bagel, I'll go to Corner Bakery, Panera or get it from the grocery store. I won't be going back anymore.
