Rude Staff Good Bagels
Second time we visited in the last month and the staff stands around and won't help. Finally after waiting I asked for my online order which was paid and supposed to be sitting ready to pick up and was told they did not have it. I looked around and could clearly see if on the back counter. Also the bagels were to be split in the order. When I asked was told. Sorry that takes to long . I understand staff is hard to come by these days but paying customers need some respect.

Very rude staff and no where to sit inside, take out only.

First time in a while that I've visited Einstein Brothers, because they are not located near my home. I was glad that I made it for lunch. It reminded me what I love about this bagel chain. I received a free egg sandwich for my birthday and got a taste of a power bagel (my fave) as well.

College Ave. store seems to be falling apart. Large potholes in Drive-thru, out of inventory regularly, Don't asked for dill pickels with sandwich...it disappears between the order phone and Express window.

300 pm only customer dirty floor, unswept, dirty tables , creamers mostly empty, trash on floor and a filthy booth.... glad all I want was coffee!!!!

Ordered online to pick up. Food came out immediately. Coffee was delicious as always. Bagels were a little disappointing though. I've only had Einstein's in the northeast part of the country and was always sooooo impressed with them. My asiago bagel barely had any cheese on it and very little cream cheese in the middle. Same thing for the other bagels in the order. We also had the hash browns which really needed to be baked a little longer as they tasted almost like a raw potato. Will probably try another location to determine if this is just a single store issue or a larger regional difference.

Really great management- I always come here with my partner and the people recognize us at this point and are really nice! Foods great, customer service is on point- all around couldn't ask for a better breakfast place

Without fail, this place is ALWAYS out of everything. This store should be ashamed of how many times they choose to run out of bagels without trying to replace the stock. I’ve seen pop up airport locations that have better management than this location. Customers walk out constantly due to the lack of selection because the workers are either too lazy to make more, or are being told by management not to make any more (being told at 10am they aren’t planning to make anymore when the location closes at 3pm is baffling. Either way it is an issue. Fix this. Hire someone to determine your necessary inventory, to do studies on what sells vs what doesn’t. This is also my third time trying to contact the store owner about the issue, and he/she chooses to blow it off.

Service was slow during a weekday none-rush. They employ a lot of people, but often seems like the employees aren’t very sure what they are doing. While I was there, three separate orders were brought back because they were incorrect. I will say most Einstein’s I have been to operate this way, so nothing extremely out of the ordinary for this business.

This place rocks. Got the $30 box breakfast for $24 with 20% off coupon. Comes with 3 hot bacon egg & cheese bagel sandwiches, 4 large AMAZING blueberry muffins, 4 (ok) hash browns, 6 bagels and a thing of flavored cream cheese. My wife and I got 3 meals each out of it eating light-medium. $30 is pricey but the coupon that comes in the Wednesday mail makes it a bargain. The hash-browns were so-so and everything else was amazing.
