Love the bagels. They are always soft and just the right size. The coffee is good especially for a place that doesn't specialize in coffee. This location doesn't have a drive thru but they were fast.

Employee forgot to add bagels to carry out order. When I called asking what happened, they didn’t seem to concerned. I went back and was giving the two missing bagels plus 2 extra. So I am back in love!!

Awesome staff, customer service friendly, and they get your order right. If they do not have enough Cranberry bagel, they let you know right off the bat after they visually confirm their stock. Great place 👌.

Awful location. They didn't know their own menu and although I am fine with language barriers bc I understand not everyone speaks English but it was to the point where you couldn't even order because they dont understand what youre saying bc they dont know their menu lol. Then the staff was also very rude and took forever to even approach us for our order. We ended up giving the food to our dog bc they gave us a a breakfast sandwich with only cheese and burnt bacon on a burnt bagel. No egg, no shmear. The orange juice was good at least.

The guy taking orders should go back and learn alphabet. He also needs to stop making faces whenever someone tells him a foreign name he is not familiar with, otherwise please put a sign outside that you only serve the Mikes and Johns of the world and don’t ruin people’s morning

My wife and I are Einstein Bros. Bagels Rewards members. My review has nothing to do with the quality of the food, service, facility, etc., which for the most part are okay for us.
What I do find exasperating though is having to wait for our order/food to be ready, then pay, THEN be given the drink/coffee cup.
Most folks that go to a fast casual restaurant go there because they are either in a hurry or need to move along-the time value factor.
Any other fast casual and especially fast food restaurants will give you your drink cup when you order.
This way you can go get your drink while your order is being prepared and not have to stand there waiting for the order to be finished, then pay, then get your coffee/drink as is the layout at Einstein.
So, this review is not about this particular location, but in my opinion, the inefficient customer experience of any Einstein Bros. Bagels stores.
Drink cups should be placed near where the order is given and given to the customer there, not down the counter at the POS, where payment is made.
This is one way to make the Einstein Bros. Bagels chain actually "fast casual".

The food tastes good but don’t look up… chunks of dust hanging from the celling over the food prep station and in the lobby. Wont be back until some major cleaning is complete

I love the variety of bagels. And the extra pastries are a nice change. The staff is friendly and efficient, moving the customers through with a smile.

Ok..store asked for details. Here goes. Store is dark for one. Needs better lighting. We usually come here after noon, so maybe it's an angle of the sun situation. Employees were focused on filling online orders and ignored us after we came in for several minutes. But it was abnormally long. We had plenty of time to review the menu and every bagel in the case to decide what we wanted and we still were not acknowledged while they were filling orders. No one else was inside waiting, so they had to be working on online orders. It was just me, my wife, and the two workers in the store who never even looked at us as they were busy at the back counter and also occasionally speaking to each other about the orders (I assume). I was about to say something after standing there for a while when one worker finally turned around and said something like "How can I help you?" She seemed exhausted or depressed as she didn't speak very loud and didn't look directly at us hardly at all. My wife did all the ordering and we got what we came in for, but never felt welcomed. This isn't the first time we've had this experience here. We love the bagels, but always feel like we're putting them out to wait on us! Maybe we should have stayed in our car and ordered online! Lol!
