Thank you to the two ladies great customer service in the Drive-Thru today. I ordered a drink it was a different type of drink that I thought it was .At the windows they apologize multiple times and said they can fix the drink for me and double-check with me multiple times letting me know it was no problem to change the drink at all when clearly it was my own fault I took the drink I ordered originally and it was just as delicious but I appreciate their patience and their apologies when it wasn't their fault great job ladies thank you again❤

I have come to this location about 3 times since December in hopes that it gets better and it never does. All 3 times I have wait over 20 mins for 1 drink. With 15 cars in line and only 1 person taking orders. Zero sense of urgency.

First time trying it and I'm obsessed!!! Will be a regular for sure! We need more locations in KC 😍 Great size and great price!!

I drove an hour for my Dutch Brothers fix!! I frequent Colorado Springs where there is a Dutch on every corner.. it's a 2 or more times a day thing when I'm on vacation! With that being said the positive, upbeat vibes I've been greeted with EVERY SINGLE TIME, weren't there at this location.. I got to the window and it was better but the guy taking orders wasn't friendly and it threw my vibe off 🥺🥺 coffee was good, not great as usual but they are learning!

First LEGIT review! You guys opened today with a bunch of really nice workers that had great energy!! I got a bunch of stickers and was recommended the White angel (not on the menu) from a pretty girl working in line. Thanks to her for recommending a good drink based off my favorite flavor *French Vanilla* , I'll be back again for this deliciousness!

They can be a little slow but the coffee is amazing and the people working there are super super nice so I think it's definitely worth the wait much better than other coffee chains.

Coffee is always great and so is the customer service. However, one of our party had to use the restroom very bad and nicely asked if she could use the restroom. The employee promptly told her that it wasn’t a public restroom, but yes she could use it this time. Then, then another male employee told her as she was exiting the restroom VERY rudely said, “Excuse me, those are NOT public restrooms so why are you using it!” With that my friend politely told the man, yes I know and she said I could use it so have a nice day. It’s one thing to tell a customer something, but it also depends HOW you say it. Let’s work on your customer service please because that very unprofessional and disrespectful.

The drinks are good and so are the prices, but the line takes way too long. They need a better system. 2 lanes, but no orders taken unless at the window. Then you wait even more time to get the drinks. A quicker system is needed
