New to Dutch bros experience, the atmosphere and customer service were top notch. From a server taking my order while in line at the drive through until the finishing point of receiving my coffee.
However I will say this is more of a specialty drink place lots of freezers and frozen drinks with flavors they do not have many traditional coffee options.

Good coffee and the staff is friendly. But it's not quick. Be prepared to wait 15-20 in the drive thru to get your coffee
Update: I tried parking to see if it'd be quicker to order at the window. It was not š« I still waited 20 min for my small caramelizer. I had to ask the staff for an ETA because it was taking so long. I'm sorry but no coffee is worth a 20 min wait.

I go here every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. I have been for almost a month since the local Starbucks shut down. I order the same drink every time, and every time it comes out tasting different. Sometimes good, sometimes bad. This time though, I had coffee grinds in the bottom of my drink and I got a mouthful. YUCK! I canāt deal with the inconsistency. Iāve been to other locations, and they donāt seem to have this problem. Iām tired of wasting $$ on drinks I throw out later, because the line is too long to reorder in. I think Iām about to throw in the towel. Itās too bad this location hasnāt figured it out yet, they would have done so well at the Legend.

Kat at this location (by the Legendās) is AMAZING! I had never been here before and she helped me learn the menu and suggested drinks. I loved my drink so much and Kat was so helpful, answered all of my questions, and totally made my day!

My heart is through the roof that they came to KANSAS CITY! Iāve been coming to see his place for my coffee ever since I lived in Oregon city, Oregon during my college days. This was the first actual coffee place I had and liked. As for it coming to KC. Iāll go to any of the locations, and I get excellent service, people are friendly, they actually ask you about how youāre doing and what you have going on for the day. Thatās not common. Iām used to ordering my coffee, and moving forward. The customer service here is always setting a new standard thanks to everyone involved!
I give this place a 5āļø with a must go check it out!

Waited about 20 minutes outside in the cold for a small drink. This was at 8am, and I stood by as I watched the first cars in the drive through line exit as I continued to wait (over and over again).
The young manager was snarky and unapologetic. She was more than happy to grant my request for a refund and didnāt seem to care at all. Waste of time.

We ordered cold coffee drinks, and they tasted ok but couldn't even taste any coffee. So that's why it was disappointing, plus the long wait in line. They also were not sure how to incorporate coconut milk into the drinks. Wished it was better. My husband wanted it to be better than it was .

I really like the Dutch Frost. Haven't had a flavor that I haven't liked yet. Their employee Bree is extremely knowledgeable and very trustworthy with her suggestions.

Nice shop with a variety of cold and hot drinks. Servers were polite and helpful. We'd go again.

Staff was kind and socialable, she met us at the car window and took our order on a tablet. My only complaint is they said their menu is much larger than what is showing on the boards at the drive thru.
So I wish I could know what the full menu is more easily. Other than that, great service and staff.
My premium nitro cold brew is pretty tasty. 5/5
