Dutch Bros Coffee

Decided to try Dutch Bros for the first time this afternoon. I ordered a medium iced hazelnut latte at the window... waited patiently for 15 minutes (no drink)... asked the attendant at the window how much longer for my order and was told another 10-15 minutes. In what world would you make someone wait 25-30 minutes for an iced latte/coffee? How is that sustainable and acceptable?

The coffee itself is good (not great), but definitely not worth waiting an hour for. The person taking my order was very nice at least. I had to go once to try it out, and boy do I regret losing an hour of my life. I have never been to a slower coffee shop/drive thru in my life. I don't know if it's lack of training, or them just not caring to make drinks fast. Nobody should ever have to wait this long in a drive through for coffee, it doesn't even take as long to make as food.

I’ve been here probably 30+ times at this point and every times there’s an expected not-bizarre amount of time waited. You get the experience of a good coffee place. Fantastic recommendations from employees that are energetic, kind, and honestly they start my day off on a positive note. For any quality of service its going to take a few extra minutes than Starbucks pushing the coffee out the window giving you fake smiles.
Just wanted to thank the employees and the operator for helping the community out by doing your job right and being awesome!

Staff friendly, even though I don't really appreciate the small talk while I wait. Drinks are excellent, really love the soft top add on. But this place is SO SLOW. Easily 30 minutes every time in the drive through, usually much longer. Product is great but they won't make it long unless they figure out efficiency.

This is the best coffee I've ever had in my life. Way better than Starbucks which I like too. People are super friendly and my only complaint is I have to drive 30-40 miles one way to have it. So, I'm unable to have it as often as I like. More need to be built. It would take you a long time to try everything here. Their menu is vast and endless possibilities. Not just coffee but tea and other things. I can only make the trip once a month because of gas prices currently. Sad but true.

Waited 30 minutes in the drive thru on a Sunday afternoon for a single, mediocre $6 iced coffee. Go to Starbucks.

First time I've tried this place, they have a chic filet method of people to greet you at the drive through. They were very professional and kind. The line moved fairly slowly, but haven't been to a coffee place that hasn't. I'm not a huge coffee nut but it was good and no complaints to speak of.

This place is so awesome! I used to go here all the time back in Arizona, I was so happy to see we finally got one here in Kansas! Just like every other Dutch Bros I’ve been to, the workers are the whole experience. They’re so friendly and happy to be there. You can see them dancing inside the shop and getting along with each other and making a wonderful team. I especially had a great experience with the girl with purple hair, I didn’t catch her name, but she was so helpful and patient and we had great conversation! Love this place and I will most definitely be coming back.

Best coffee drinks we've had in a long time! Service was awesome too! This spot is a must visit!
