Dutch Bros Coffee

West coast person here 🙋🏻‍♀️ we were SO excited for DB to open. At first they were on their A game; it was JUST like the original branches.

Lately, they’ve gone downhill. Idk if it’s because they’re so busy (and they are- the wait is crazy) that they let quality go or if there’s new-not-trained-well-enough baristas?

The last 3 times my family and I have gone, the coffee has been SO bad. Bad enough to toss.

Today with the line wrapped around the building, I just ordered at the window. I stood outside for 20m waiting to get lukewarm coffee that wasn’t made correctly. It wasn’t just mine. We threw them both away.

I’m very disappointed in this branch. I hope they make the changes needed to keep customers.

The service at this location is fairly slow for what I've come to expect from Dutch Bros but the coffee still tastes like it should. Glad to have a location in Kansas that's not terribly far for me to drive. Love the coffee!

This is my go to coffee place. I had to order at the window, normally someone is out there to take my order. They should have a drive thru order with speaker option. We're in the Midwest so it gets really cold.

Wow, what a difference. I hope more opening around town, their drinks are tasty. Still loving it, I wish they would get whatever is going on with the Shawnee Mission Pkwy location opened. It would be SO much closer then Belton or Legends.

Staff is super friendly but don’t go when you’re in any kind of hurry. Each time I’ve been it’s been a 15-20 minute wait in drive thru

Unfortunately I don't live in Kansas City so I can't get here enough!! But you best believe I go out of my way to go to Dutch Bros Coffee everytime I am in town! I needed to take a drink, on a three hour ride home, for my son. I know what you're thinking, no one wants a water downed drink and I agree! That's where the staff comes into play! They sent me home with a deconstructed drink so my son could still enjoy the full experience!! Dytch Bros Coffee is absolutely the best!!

I moved here from Arizona, and it was such a treat to visit a Dutch in KC. The biggest difference I noticed is that AZ teams have a sense of urgency and this team did not. I could go into a drive-thru in AZ with cars wrapped around the building and be out in less that 15min. They were nice at this location, though. I recommend having trainers from AZ come out and implement their workflow.

We love Dutch Bros! If you're reading reviews to get a short answer: GO HERE, YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED! Everything from the delicious coffee, to the friendly staff! If you're looking for a starter drink, hands down my favorite coffee drink is an Iced Annihilator! We're from out west, where we lived near a Dutch Bros, and frequently enjoyed their coffee all year long. Then we moved to KC for work, and had to give up our favorite coffee place. When we learned they were building Dutch Bros in the Midwest, we held out hope they would be building one near us, and sure enough, our dreams came true! The long lines are standard anywhere there's a Dutch Bros, but it's worth the wait! And the wait's not that long either, because of their efficient ordering system! I've never had a bad drink here, so if you don't go with my recommendation of an Iced Annihilator, you can basically pick anything else and your good!

I’m originally from Oregon so growing up there was a Dutch Bros on every corner, that being said I was so excited when this location opened. I’ve seen the progress from opening to now with the employees and they’re getting a lot faster and nicer. I’ve only had good experiences here and will continue to make the 20 minute drive to get my fix.

The girls are quick making drinks and very nice for 6 am😁
