Great customer service! I was grateful they were understanding when I ordered a "maple waple" sandwich and started giggling because I couldn't use words yet. 😂
I appreciate positive employees. Definitely needed the coffee to start my day. Hahaha. Great employees!

I like Scooter's. My go to order is a blended Caramelicious. Unfortunately today, due to supply problems, this location could only do hot drinks. Very disappointed, but the friendly barista did her best to explain what was going on while serving her customers.

Wanna give a shout out to the scooters on industrial in emporia Kansas. The two working this morning were outstanding. They engaged in conversation while I waited on my dirty chai which I'd like to add was the best one I have gotten there yet. Love that shop

Please either update your hours or open when you say you will. Planned accordingly and went out of my way to come to this location before work. Online said opens at 5:30, official scooters website said opens at 5:30, drive thru sign said open at 5:30. Arrived at 5:55. There was a girl inside that saw me and couldn’t even be bothered at the very least to let me know they weren’t open yet.

The staff here is exceptionally friendly and the service is extremely fast. We had our order in about 90 seconds after we left the drive through window. The coffee is very smooth and not bitter like Starbucks. The mango smoothies are fire and the caramelicious is one of my favorites. This location is great, right off of the Kansas Turnpike. Definitely visit this Scooter's location if you are passing through!

I was given 2 different cups of coffee and both lids did not seal properly. both leaked onto my rental car and now I’ll likely have to pay cleaning charges. All I got was a “sorry” and no offer to refund me.

i absolutely love scooters coffee but this place just sucked. i was driving with my mom, my aunt in the car behind us. he didn’t get ANY of our orders right, they tasted actually bad. like burnt, rotten coffee. terrible.

I love going here when I need breakfast or a pick me up in the afternoon. Everything I've tried, food or drink, tastes amazing! I haven't encountered a ride employee either which is nice.

Drinks are absolutely delicious! The staff is always friendly and engaging. I love that fact that I don’t have to wait long for my order especially during my morning commute. I will be back!

Very polite staff and I enjoy that the blended drinks are not overly sweet (at least the carmelicious isn't) and I can actually taste the espresso. 😊 A lovely treat to get a small boost. Although watch how you turn into the drive thru, it's a pretty sharp corner!
