I don’t even like coffee, but occasionally go with my parents. I’m the confused one at the counter who doesn’t like coffee, but wants to like coffee, but doesn’t want it to really taste like coffee (that girl) 🙄 JOE is the BEST! I’ve only been there a handful of times, but I’ve loved everything he’s made me! I never remember what I had the last time, but Joe does and he always has other recommendations that have never failed! I’ll be visiting Gravel City Roaster way more because of Joe, the great atmosphere and now I’m a coffee drinker (that’s what I’m calling myself at least 😊). Go see Joe!

Hands down my favorite coffee shop in town. Not only do the sell have amazing selection of drinks, their customer service is great. The baristas are always so knowledgeable and friendly.

My go-tos to order are always their iced white mocha or thai tea boba. Their baked goods are also amazing! I highly recommend the blueberry scone. Their new location shared location with Trox Gallery is just beautiful. It has a lovely, relaxing atmosphere with so much open seating. Perfect for studying solo or with a group, reading a book or maybe hosting a reading club!

This was one of my favorite local coffee shops to visit during my two years living in emporia. The prices are reasonable and/or pretty good. TONS of flavor options and drink types. The art store they are combined with is awesome to look at while waiting for your drink or food. The people are very nice and very helpful. I love how they will bring your drink to you if you have wandered off to look at the art. The seating has many options that are very nice, such as a bar table, a table, a couch, etc. I have met up with many friends here and often see people studying here. The atmosphere is very welcoming yet not overwhelming, but not at all dull. I especially love the real plants.

Super cute,comfy,and modern environment I feel at home there! It has all my favorite things shopping,food/boba+coffee, and games (at the back) definitely recommend going there! I rate my experience's a 100/10 I love gravel city roasters

Best coffee shop in town. Leave Starbucks for the travellers and those who just don't know better. Come have a tasty cinnamon roll, and bathe in the vibe that is Emporia's eclectic and chill culture. Shout out to the staff. You guys rock.

Another visit to Gravel City Roasters. Filled up on Nitro Cold Brew. A peanut butter frap and a cold brew to go. Nice atmosphere and as always, great customer service.

I’ve been coming here since 2018. I’ve loved this place for so long and I even had an employee give me a suggestion that is now my usual. I am so sad to be leaving but this is a place where I will always stop by if given the chance! Thank you for the memories and delicious coffee and chocolate chip scone! 🥰

This was my first time at their new location, and it was amazing! I love looking at all of the artwork and handcrafted things. The drinks are always very good!
