This business is top notch! I just wanted to thank the staff at scooters for being so supportive of our local schools! The amazing donation they made to our after prom event is very appreciated and will be loved by all!!! Because of their support to our school they have gained lifelong support from my family!! Thanks Again!!!

Thank you for your generous donation to our students for post prom! I also visited and purchased two of my own gift cards and a coffee. The service was kind, quick, and the coffee was good with a comparable to other coffee shops in price.

Not only have I loved every smoothie I have gotten, as I'm not a coffee drinker, but they have always been super friendly. I'm there weeekly if not twice a week, depending on my schedule.

I called and for a Post Prom donation to our small school, and they went above and beyond for a new business in Colby. Scott and his team provided 65-$5 gift cards for all of our kids. When I presented them at our meeting all of our members were very thankful! So a huge thank you to Scott and his Colby staff for doing those for us!

Very disappointed my hot green tea matcha were cold and didn't have the extra flavoring I ordered. Received a phone call concerning my review and received a refund and an apology Awesome customer service 😃

The frozen Mocha I tried here is way better than Starbucks offering. Much more balanced flavor.
Service was fast and friendly. I prefer supporting a local franchise like Scooters vs a corporate chain. I can't wait to try the food offerings.
PS: My pup gives double paws up on the "Pup Cup"! It's his new favorite store!

If they mess up your order you just have to stick with what they give you, the lady at the window had told us she couldn't take back my coffee nor remake. Absolute no compensation for wrong orders is their new policy. Will no longer be a regular customer.
