Great Family place to sit down and eat , I was particularly impressed with the cordial and well mannered young man who was our waiter. I would recommend the country fired steak , it will not disappoint! Also the roast beef sandwich was delicious. I was surprised when freshly baked cookies came with the bill , put a smile on my face . Thanks will be back

Amazing home cooked food! Thoroughly enjoyed visiting with the owner, what a good-hearted soul! Her granddaughter was the waitress and was very kind and professional! Will definitely stop again next time!

Welcome Home Cafe is a small restaurant located in the Antiques Mall in Colby. Very nice waitress and good iced tea. Salad bar hosted a variety of veggies but the lettuce was mostly brown. The fried fish was way too breaded and chicken fried chicken was drowning in white gravy. Maybe this was a little too “homey” for me. The redemption: two warm chocolate chip cookies.

This place was a complete surprise! The decor is not the most exciting but the employees are very nice. The food is the surprise. The onion rings and smothered fries were excellent! My daughter enjoyed her grilled cheese sandwich and the fries were homemade. The Swiss mushroom burger had sweet brioche buns toasted to perfection. We all added an extra burger patty for $2. A deal to be sure!! And they gave us yummy homemade chocolate chip cookies with the bill...

Good food at at a friendly restaurant. It was a little hard to find being tucked back into the corner of the building, but worth the looking.

Utterly surprised! Great burgers and onion rings. Very small town diner feel. Ambiance might seem like a church basement but the food is like grandma’s kitchen. Service is lovely but don’t expect a fast meal. Take your time. Fresh made fries YUM! Give it a chance like we did

Have been there twice. Food was OK. Green beans were straight from the can. Honestly,, I can make a better chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes at home. The last time, there were only two tables occupied and still saw very little of the waitress.

Food was good, but wait time was long. They seemed short staffed like so many places. If you have the time stop by.

This place is known for their chicken fried steak. That's what I ordered and was thoroughly impressed with my sandwich. Our server was nice, charming, and down to earth. The food tasty and reasonably priced. What more can I say? This is a worthwhile stop.

$30 Sirloin Steak was no where close to being 16oz more like 8oz. I ordered well done but definitely didn't order it black and charred. They also burned my son's grilled cheese and my daughters chicken strips. The only thing good was the burger my husband got.
