Scooter's Coffee

This scooters is an enjoyable space inside, and overall I really enjoy scooters coffee. But this location has had disappointibg service on multiple occasions. Most recently I placed an order for 2 drinks ahead on the app 8 minutes before arriving, and according to the app it would be ready in less than 2 minutes. After arrivingband going inside I asked one of the baristas about it and she said it would ready momentarily at the end of the counter. After a few more minutes I asked if I could get a refund or something since they weren't ready and they said no since I ordered ahead of time on the app but they would be ready soon. But they hadn't even started the drinks, and after waiting 7 minutes in total I was given one drink and I told them not to even make the second drink as I was already late and couldn't wait any longer.
It's pointless to order drinks ahead of time if this is the service given.

I can see why they are not very busy at all. I did a online order, they didn't have it done when I walked in, very upsetting. I can now see why I go to Starbucks.

Terrible in every aspect. Don't expect any bit if friendliness or respect if your going inside all these girls are too jaded to do their jobs. I was going to use cash to partially pay for my order and they tried taking it as a tip, then they said it wasn't possible to add the cash to my payment since it'd been "processed" already even though I used a credit card and thats simply not how it works. when my order was wrong on top of that they argued that it was right and refused to refund still. I'll just be calling my credit card company to get my money back, and likely never spending it here again.

Great breakfast sandwich, great cold brew. I always come here when in town visiting family.

Excellent coffee, plenty of options. Their hot sandwiches are toasted, instead of microwaved, like some other coffee shops & are pretty tasty. They also have great cinnamon rolls.

Pretty good experience. I prefer scooters over the big brand from Seattle. Service was friendly. Coffee is hot.

Love this place! Way better than Starbucks. Their drinks are way better and cheaper. Very delicious! The staff is always friendly!

Why did I loose my status? Went too check my status because my husband seen he lost his and then about a week later I lost mine. What's up?
