Stopped for a sandwich. Leave my name and wait to be called and wait and wait. Sitting in the first row of chairs 8 feet from the counter after 25 minutes went to the counter wondering how long it takes to make a sandwich. Apparently the food had been sitting there for some time so I asked the woman who took my order "Is this my food?" She said it was and that she called my name three times. Either get a PA system or louder employees. You get 5 stars sorta warm sandwich and -3 stars for the bad experience.

Very friendly staff, normal prices and delicious refreshments. I haven't eaten here yet, but I will soon. Nice atmosphere and great surroundings to meet with friends and socialize.

New sandwich and salad area is a bit pricey but delicious. Breakfast sandwiches are my favorite and of course the old classic coffees and teas are just as good as before.

One person working @ 5:30. Waited to be acknowledged while line grew to 6 waiting. This is happening more frequently recently. At least get eye contact and tell those waiting you will be with them shortly. We don't need to see what appears a disgruntled person.

Brian Smith

Safe distancing. Great coffee. They do pourovers so it is not as fast as Starbucks, but higher quality.

Tyler Ahrens

Amazing coffee, great service and prices are about on par for a good cup of joe these days. Will definitely be back!

Eric B

Great food and coffee but service is unreliable. Often have to remind staff you're waiting for an order. Expect to hand hold your order - don't sit down and wait or it might never get made!

Steve Chen

The cashier works as a barista at the same time. I waited for more than 20 minutes for my coffee, but the taste was not mellow.

Randy Dillon

Iowa cheese steak was one of the best sandwiches I have ever eaten. And the espressos are always good.
