We always go to all the Java Houses and try them all depending on what side of town we are to support local business, but I was extremely extremely and extremely impressed with the excellent young man named William at the front of store greeting me with a very happy and genuine smile and taking my order. After asking him his name, I also found out that he is still at West High School, and I cannot tell you how amazed I was with his customer service skills. As a business owner, he was the absolute definition of who you want to be part of your team! I know he is still young, but at this time he delivered me something that I hardly and sadly don’t see much these days. Not only he needs a raise, he deserves to train others and even manage!!!! He has a very bright future and I encouraged him to study hard and succeed at what he loves to achieve! Oh yah, the white rasp mochas were also absolutely great! That was a drink I introduced to my wife 10 yrs ago on one of our first dates, and your stores are the only place that we can get this heavenly made drink!!! Thank you!

I love this place. it's one of my favorite Java house locations and there's so much seating. Best place to get a quick coffee or snack, or to sit down and have lunch, or even sit down and study. The staff is super friendly and the atmosphere is great.

Excellent coffee!! But outside seating is bad and this could be a nice area if they put a top on it and dressed it up. Look no further than Coaches Corner down the street from you for good ideas!!!

Joshua Tilley

Always a nice place to relax and have a conversation.

Jeff Oleson

Really awesome environment. Great friendly staff. Free newspapers to read. Good WiFi. I recommend their London Fog but make sure they give it with a tea kettle if you order for here! But be patient because it can take a while to steep!

Love the coffee, crave the lemon poppyseed muffins but there are a few staff members at this location in particular that drag their feet doing anything. It's pretty frustrating to see them playing around while you are waiting for an order.

Sandra Morales

Drinks are fantastic except for the long wait times. Pretty sure I waited like 25 minutes and I only got one drink.

Emily Allen

My 5 year old spilled her hot chocolate and no one offered any concern or help. I had to ask for towels and clean up the mess and pay for a new drink. Wait time on both orders took a long time. Everything would have been better with just a little customer service.

Nathan Dunning

Great coffee and breakfast!

Aaron Van Noy

SLOW internet/WIFI! (thus not 5 stars) Great coffee! I'm a regular! Remodeled in 2016 when they added Heirloom Salad Co (sister company) next to it. Nice place to work, hang out with friends or just have coffee and eat.
