Three times I repeated my order and they still got my sandwich order wrong. The first time they attempted to fix it (An asiago bagel with turkey and cheese....nothing else...Plain....NOTHING ON it. Not that hard) the guy dumped out my chips out of my basket. On the third time of getting it right, I grabbed another bag of chips to replace the ones they dumped out and the manager, after whispering with the cashier who took the order wrong, says loudly over the counter "Ma'am. Would you like to come up and pay for the additional bag of chips?" I told her no, that they were replacing the first bag the guy dumped out when he was remaking my sandwich. "Oh" was her response. Between the bad service and the mousetrap under the corner table, I won't be back.

They must have new management because it's so much better than it was a year ago. They started strong, got really bad, and are now making a comeback. Great service, PSL is back for the fall, and the new souffles are excellent!

I love their bagels but it seems as though there is a breakdown in communication between the counter and the back. I always ask to have them sliced. They never slice them. Always check before you leave.

We are in the drive through as I type, we have been sitting in line 25 minutes. If we could have gotten out of line we would have but there's no escape. Never will do this again. I love Caribou coffee but Dunkin from now on.

I can only say that Caribou/Einstein in Dubuque is perhaps the worst coffee establishment in Dubuque. I'd rather get my coffee from a local supper club than from this place. I've given them multiple chances and 3 times I've been there and 3 strikes....they are out!
Yesterday was the last straw...middle of the afternoon, not busy and only ordering 2 coffees...how could this go wrong? Well, first the couldn't hear me through the drive through speaker...then we had to wait for over 5 minutes to get our order...then when we got our order, the small half caf/decaf was cold and watered down and simply awful. Then my large coffee came out as a medium and when they fixed that mistake then they forgot cream...and btw, the coffee tasted weak and watered down.
They hire 16 year old kids who don't drink coffee and wouldn't know a good cup of coffee if it fell in their lap and bunt them.
I'm done...wonder how long before they are out of business...and then blame Dubuque for not being progressive enough...
Its simple....make good coffee and provide good service...it should be their core competency.

I'm only writing a bad review due to the taste of your products. I bought a simple blueberry muffin for breakfast and it was so dry. I am highly disappointed. I took a video of how dry the muffin was. It was like compressed sand with very few blueberries in it. I ended up throwing over half of it away. Such a waste of money. I ordered the new sparking green tea and bobas. This is disgusting all it tasted like was tonic water with "bobas" at the bottom. Upon ordering I had asked if the bobas were the bursting bobas and I was told yes. They were the gelatin bobas which I do not like at all which is why I asked. I do not typically write negative reviews as an ex food worker myself I know complications can arrive but this was probably one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Your employees were wonderful as far as kindness. Anything you can do to upgrade the muffin would be wonderful I know most people don't enjoy eating sand when they expect a moist muffin.

Ordered a Matcha Cooler with bubbles, she didn't put the bubbles I. So when I brought it to her attention she said well you need to order bubbles if you want bubbles, that's a whole different drink. Aah I did! She was very snotty and rude! Would never go back.

The coffee is so great, and am glad they're finally in Dubuque! BUT, they are so extremely slow! I come around 4 times a week and always have an incredibly long wait in the drive through, even if I'm the only car.

They have almond milk! Pleasantly surprised. Drive thru was fast and friendly, they’re taking Covid precautions: swop you own card, contactless pick up.
