One of the best experiences I’ve had. The young lady that took our order offered her recommendations which I tried and I couldn’t have been more satisfied. Thank you for the friendly atmosphere and smiles on everyone’s faces.

The bagel was amazing and the Iced tea was good. Kinda pricey but what you get is really good.

Should have went to Panera. Ordered to go. Brought out on stay trays. Wanted toasted Bagels they weren't. Seems they put alot of effort into making sure every workers Pro Nouns were posted. That's about it.

I purchased an iced mocha through the drive through. The person who took my order was very nice, however, the employee who brought my drink to the window was the person who made it. I questioned if it was the correct drink because it didn't look right. She said yes and closed the window right away. As I drove away ant tried it, it tasted like weak chocolate milk. I will not be back.

Last time they messed up my drank so I gave them another chance and even read to them what it was supposed to be and they still messed it up and gave me a iced drank which was not what I ordered never had a problem with them before but now there are just going downhill no wonder why they are closing. They couldn't even get my order right even after I read to them what was all supposed to be in it.

I ordered an iced coffee and everything bagel at the drive thru. The iced coffee was clearly not fresh (melted ice, old whipped cream), and received a blueberry bagel. I would’ve taken it back had I not been on my way out of town for a doctors appointment in iowa city. Will not visit again!

There’s a difference between training employees and treating them like small children who still deserve respect, which I’m guessing this establishment does the second of the two.

Completely archaic sign posted to “remind” or threaten, however one interprets bold all caps letters posted, DO NOT SAY “ANYTHING ELSE” Really? To all of the people unable to comprehend, why there’s a labor shortage, this is a perfect example. Grown adults who touch (emphasizing touch) the food you eat are given zero respect, definitely not treated kind by customers (that’s a food service fact), underpaid (fact), given no benefits (correct me if I’m wrong) and micromanaged…. A recipe for no employees. You all are getting exactly what you deserve, Karen and Chad customers and business owners that are lucky to have essential worker employees still putting up with this blatant display of disrespect.

Just came into this location with my daughter. Place was not busy, we were the only ones in line. We visibly saw two workers neither which acknowledged us. After waiting 10 minutes we left.

Every time I come here, whoever is in the drive through always seems to be in a good mood and they are always super friendly. I have not been disappointed in my order a single time. I like to try different things but I love the cooler blended drinks! I normally always get a chocolate croissant because they are so yummy 🤤
