This coffee shop is located on the Skywalk. It's pretty easy to get to and kind of central to all things downtown. We came around 10:30 today (Monday) and didn't have to wait for service. It got busy after we ordered though.

Coffee was sub-par. The light roast (Santa Fe) tasted pretty watered down. The Nutty Irishman latté was okay. I watched her make the drink but the espresso tasted kind of stale. Not sure if they're storing their beans correctly. Other than that, both coffee drinks were served at excessively high temps. I'm not talking about burning my tongue. When coffee is brewed too hot the grounds are over-extracted, releasing the flavors too quickly. This causes coffee to taste bitter and/or flavorless. Keep in mind that I did ask for less syrup in my latté because I don't like things to be overly sweet. This should not have affected the flavor of the coffee though.

As for food, I waited 20 minutes for my breakfast burrito. They forgot about it. Instead of sitting down like we did, I recommend waiting at the counter so that they are reminded you're still waiting for something. I wasn't in a rush though and was more concerned about them serving the others who were waiting. The sausage burrito was absolutely worth the wait! The lady at the counter was super nice and apologetic. Food was tasty and this place is okay for a quick bite (if they remember to make your food) but I don't think I'd feel compelled to come back.

My go to Coffee Shop on the Skywalk…incredible Dark Heart Drip Coffee! You must try their Graziano’s Sausage Burrito for breakfast!
