Scooter's Coffee

went in and got a strawberry smoothie with whip. It had zero strawberry in it and wasn’t pink at all. it also had no whip. it was ice blended with milk. that was the grossest thing i’ve seen. I didn’t catch the girls name but i heard someone yell for a Miranda.

New Scooter's in Council Bluffs. Looks super classy from the outside and is clean and nicely laid out inside. Good booths to sit and do work and a couple nice leather easy chair circles to have a coffee and chat. The staff is super friendly, efficient, and fast at getting drinks out! I like Scooter's coffee (as someone who roasts my own beans) better than Starbucks because they don't burn their espresso roast quite so dark. They also get bonus points for asking "dry or wet" on my cappuccino order. Would recommend!

Ordered the brewed coffee black. Tasted kinda like garbage, literally like the smell of a trashcan or dumpster. Not a very dark cup either, coffee was really watery. So, if you enjoy hot water with a taste of coffee and a hint of garbage this is the place.

Drive thru was 15+ cars deep. It took only a few minutes to get through the line and get our drinks. The staff was on the ball and took orders outside to speed up the process. A+

This location is very hit or miss. Some days my drinks are phenomenal. Some days it tastes like they added nothing but syrup or like they used spoiled almond milk. I've had incredibly friendly baristas at the drive through window and also some that seem dead inside and want to rush me away(once without my 2nd drink.) I feel like management should figure out who knows how to make a drink properly and have them train the rest.

Went ordered the Iced Matcha. I didn't expect it to be like the matcha I drink in Asia. I did expect it to at least have some similar flavor.
It tasted like a cup of milk. I am actually surprised they added enough to turn the liquid green. I have had subpar matcha in the states. But nothing this bad.

When this was first opened it was great and great service. Now the service has gone downhill. My drinks are constantly wrong. Today I ordered strawberry vertigo with tropical redbull. They gave me the drink and the leftover can of reg red bull. I politely reminded it was suppose to be tropical red bull. The took the drink and in a minute gave me the tropical red bull can but gave me the drink they made with regular redbull. I guess they think their customers are that stupid and wouldnt notice!!!

This is a great place to stop in and get coffee. Great customer service and a nice atmosphere.
