I got the jalapeño popper burger and it was delicious! The staff were all very friendly but a bit inattentive about refilling waters but no biggie. The decor was so cute and cozy.

A cute stop along the Lincoln highway

Great service, great food! Menu is limited, but what they make is delicious. Smaller portion menu is available for kids or not so hungry adults. Pie options are available for dessert. Neat old diner with a nostalgic look. Would visit again.

Our group of 9 was seated right away on a Thursday night. Meatloaf lovers were in heaven! Tenderloin was good. Lots of nostalgic pics on walls.

Great small town cafe on Historic Lincoln Hgwy. March 2, 2019 is Grand "Re-opening" Day for new managers. Buffalo chicken wrap and mac & cheese are good.

My husband and I went to Niland’s for the first time since moving from NJ to Iowa. They say that simple food can be great if it’s executed well. Niland’s is just that. Simple food executed extremely well. They locally source their products and you can taste the difference. Everything was seasoned well and delicious. My husband even made the bold claim that the burger he had was the best he’s ever had (and we’ve had our share of burgers living in the NJ/NYC tristate area).

This local, hometown spot is a must visit! We’ll be back plenty!
