Enjoyable experience. Was pleased to find a dark roast available, Mahogany. It had a nice smokey flavor and depth of flavor.
The brew ran out just prior to filling my order, but the staff quickly started a second brew and apologized for the delay.
Professional staff, and good service.

Liz and the crew are so helpful and we always have a good experience every time we visit. The whole block had a power outage this week and they were super kind and professional despite facing unusual circumstances.

I'm visiting from out of state, and having never been to a Caribou Coffee was excited to try it. Coffee was good, but can't say the same for the cold dry blueberry muffin I got with it. The gal who rang me up wasn't rude, but definitely wasn't nice either. She made me feel like I had interrupted her afternoon. Hopefully it was just an off day. We've all had them, but if not, be warned.

I come here almost everyday right when they open. Today I stopped in about 20 minutes after open and the store still wasn’t open and there were no cars in the parking lot. Very disappointed.

I am not happy about having to post this negative review but I am extremely disappointed in this Caribou location. Two Tuesday's in a row now I have drove through the drive through between 5:40 and 5:45 am to get coffee and breakfast before work and for some reason they were not open yet. The store is supposed to open at 5:30 am. The first time apparently someone did not show up to open which I understand but I don't know what the problem was this morning. I choose to leave my house earlier than usual to come to this specific coffee shop and when I show up and they aren't open I then have no time to go anywhere else before work. I also went in this afternoon to get two drinks and the staff was not very friendly and seemed extremely uninterested in providing good customer service. My drinks were also not prepared how I asked. I stood there to get someone's attention and when no one acknowledged me, I left. I work at a coffee shop and I know things come up, but providing good customer service is a choice and should never be sacrificed. I love the Caribou products and hope that I have better experiences in the future.

I love Caribou Coffee as a brand... The drinks are delicious and reasonably priced. The service at this location, however, seems to have gone downhill over the last six months or so. I've had multiple occasions in the last month where my (very straightforward) order has taken 10+ minutes when I was only the second or third person in line - mostly because the staff were too busy chatting and not paying attention.

I love their coffee, but the staff is VERY unfriendly. The last few times I have been there, I have not been treated well. I think a prerequisite to work there is "must be unfriendly and have no customer service skills."

Never had a bad experience here, except the time someone's car broke down in the Drive-Thru and it took me 20 minutes to get my coffee; but that's nobody's fault.

Caribou is my favorite coffee spot in town. Love the turtle mocha. Staff is always friendly and safety/health conscious. Only complaint is that they aren't closer to my house so i could go every day lol. ❤
