It's a nice place but it's not worth the price. Food isn't anything special but priced up to account for grass fed and gluten free bragging privilages. It has a market clientele, which is not your average consumer.

Overpriced and slow service. They will substitute ingredients without telling you until the food is served, then ask if it’s okay. Very poor business practice because who will say anything when you have to wait so long to get your food?

It took nearly 30 minutes for them to prepare a chicken salad sandwich in a largely empty restaurant during lunch hours. The sandwich was good, not great, but certainly not worth a half hour wait.

It's like a cold stethoscope, not just because that smooth mocha hits your mouth like gravy sliding down a table leg, but because it sits you down a demands that you chill out and get comfy. 5/5 any day of the week that ends with "y."
