The Bridge Cafe is seriously fire. My friend and I have a tradition where we come here every Sunday and hang out before church. The staff all know us by name and we have come to build relationships with them. They are extremely accommodating and friendly. I love my people at Starbucks but you can't quite get an experience like this at a chain. The ingredients are high quality, and I can easily satisfy my Paleo-vegetarian diet from ordering off the menu. Just order anything with pesto. Or anything.

Slow but friendly service. It has the "understaffed" vibe to it - workers are often (not always) hard to access because they're in the back prepping someone's meal. Be prepared to wait 5-15 minutes for a latte because chances are the staff will be have to work on something for someone else first. I have come here several times since their opening and this is a consistent issue, no matter what they say about changes in management made.

That being said, Upland doesn't have many options so The Bridge is an important part of the community. They have fresh ingredients (though they always seem to have inventory issues), the coffee is fair trade, and the food is good... mostly. The grilled cheese is hardly cooked, if at all, and falls apart (every time I've ordered it, though I finally gave up on it a couple months back, so maybe something has changed there?)... And it doesn't seem to matter how many times I ask for an extra hot latte, it always turns out just warm. The environment is nice and the pain au chocolate is to die for, assuming it's available when you get there.

In general the place feels like it needs someone with a business degree and experience to spruce up the general running of things. I understand this is typically an issue with new companies; it takes time to work out the kinks and get everything running smoothly... but it has now been two years and I haven't seen much improvement. Props to the friendly workers who have to constantly inform people of inventory issues - they're always so friendly! The issues with this place lie in management, not the shift employees.

Loved their coffee so much that I bought a bag of beans to brew at home. Definitely worth it. The coffee is smooth and has great taste!

Friendly but slow service, good atmosphere, mediocre coffee.

I've been coming here for a couple of years now and I used to be a barista --- it just depends on what you're looking for. If you're not in a hurry, want a step-up from gas station coffee, and like a peaceful coffee-shop environment The Bridge is perfect!

If you're in a hurry, can't sick around, and want the best coffee, don't come here. I can speak with certainty that the iced coffee is always watered down and tastes old. Espresso drinks are good though, as long as you don't mind waiting 5-10 minutes for your drink.

I'll continue to come to The Bridge and am thankful for it, considering the meager options in the area, but wouldn't recommend it for everyone.

Yummy, fresh food. Friendly staff!

My wife and I went in and the "Manager" was too busy on her phone to look up and say hi. Even when we were greeted she ever looked up from her phone. The coffee wasn't bad but it isn't good enough to make up for a horrible first impression.

This place is quite amazing. I'm so glad that The Bridge exists here in grant count. Proud of everything the Bridge has accomplished and super thankful that the owners bring such passion, heart and determination into making every meal the best.

Made my smoothie special for me with decaf coffee. Barista was very friendly and cheerful. Good vibe and decor.

Food was very good. They use local raised meat, and local produced eggs. Service was excellent. If your in the area it's worth the stop. Dining area is unique.

Nicholas was super friendly, welcoming and was very interested in us as his guests, and the privilege to prepare us the food that would delight us. The coffee was great, and the food delicious.
