This place is a gem. I love the jambalaya and the various Mac and Cheeses here. Really tasty beverages also. It's also a cozy place, they have weekly events like a trivia night. Good place to put your local dollars.

Cool college town setting with unique hand-crafted decor. Hit a late morning brunch time - service was good as was the food and the coffee.

This place has everything: good coffee, good food, a lot of teas, beer, wine, and a cool, New Orleans vibe. The staff are really, very friendly and kind, and they're knowledgeable about their products and offerings. If you're looking for a place to bring a group, they have a section that can be reserved for you and your group with access to the bar. If you haven't stopped in there yet, I highly recommend it.

The food is amazing! But their water tastes like the smell of a dirty bathroom. So if you get one of their specialty melon sodas, it'll taste like sugar with an after taste of the smell of a dirty bathroom. Though they usually have a separate water dispenser with fruit or something in it, and when thats available then the water is fine. Just don't get any from the soda machine.
The atmosphere is really really cool, definitely worth checking out and returning to time and time again.

Lovely little place to have lunch with friends. I had the Italiano and a red Sangria. Absolutely wonderful!

Really like this place. Good coffee & light food, enough for lunch. Very chill, hipster, working professionals environment where you can park all day and study if need be. I've observed many conferences and interviews here, all are welcome. Can get real busy at lunch so if you're there to study or work please pair up with another headphone wearing person flying solo! A table for 4 can be shared 🙂 Not criticizing, just encouraging so we can all get along.

The menu is filled with MANY things I would eat. I can't wait to try more of them! While the seafood gumbo was delicious, $6.95 for a cup of it felt too high a price ultimately. The Angry Eggs were delicious! The folks taking care of us were lovely.

An essential stop in downtown South Bend. Food is great, Bloody Mary bar is what really made it fun. The atmosphere is unique and cozy and the staff are super friendly. Really all you can ask for! Plus you get the advantage of small town prices in a place that would be hot in any city.

Love the atmosphere and that they have gluten free options! Their chai lattes are really great too. Only downside is the tables aren't always clean but they have supplies out so you can clean one yourself if you want.

Food was very good. I had the gumbo, my daughter the jambalaya, another daughter the cajun mac-n-cheese, and my wife the muffuletta. All of it was excellent. My wife had a darn fine, build-your-own Bloody Mary, too. It was our first visit. I had heard of the place but had never visited. Also, a very good live music performance occurred while we were there. Overall, a very fine experience for our first visit.
