Great food and great service!

Small portions. Food ok. Service terrible. Waited 45 mins for 2 veggie omelets. No meat. No potatos. Just some dried out wheat toast. Was told they have only 1 griddle and can only make one omelet at a time. All their regular customers got their orders before ours, even those seated after us. We are in the area for 4 days and would have gone back if the food and esp the service was better. Now we'll look elsewhere. Hope your experience is better.

Just had dinner here, my first visit. Enjoyed the meatloaf Manhattan. I liked the sweet tea, not overly sweet. And almost the best pecan pie I've ever had.

Every thing about this place was great when I was there. Great down home atmosphere, great prices, great food, and well-proportioned servings for the prices. I didn't find any item on the menu that was over priced. The workers was chatty and friendly. It's too bad I live about 70 miles away. If I lived closer this would be one of my more frequently visited places.

Went for a Sunday morning breakfast after living in town for four years. Service was AMAZING! Food was tasty and then a month later got carry out and everything was excellent. Glad to have a local gem like this in my hometown!

I just had breakfast here with my dad and a friend after camping at Spring Mill State Park. The weather didn't cooperate, but this restaurant sure made the morning! Great food, friendly and quick servers, and a perfect old school diner feel. I'll be hard pressed not to coke again every time I am in town.

We just had the best food!! Meatloaf, mashed potatoes and green beans that tasted like Mom used to make in her farm kitchen. My husband said his beef tips were delicious too. The dessert array made it difficult to choose! The service was efficient and friendly.

Stopped on our way home from Spring Mill. AHHHmazing! Didn’t get a pic of the tenderloin, but easily in the top three in Indiana, and we’ve tried tons! Service was great...took a little bit bc they make everything fresh. Definitely will be back if coming through again!

Service was great. I had country fried steak, potatoes, and green beans which were delicious. Washed it down with an Arnold Palmer(sweet tea and lemonade mixed) which was mixed perfectly and it never went empty. Then I topped it all off with a slice of apple pie and a scoop of ice cream. Overall very satisfied and I will certainly go back and try something else that I'm sure will be good as well. With the lunch specials and all that is on the menu the only issue with this place is deciding what that will be.
