Five Lakes Coffee

Great coffee withgood flavor.

Very slow service especially at the Shipshewana location although there were zero cars in the queue. Plus the Amish woman didn't have any idea how to make change and had to get her supervisor to help her. The total was something like 10.71 and she was given 21.00 dollars. In addition the person who took our order didn't seem to understand the order which was very simple and straightforward.

The Kendallville location was much faster and friendly and I was completely happy with the customer service.

Coffee Chocolate and Staff are awesome! The decor is very pleasant. The management is suspect. They don't allow tipping with credit/debit. I go there less than half as often as I would because I can't just not tip great people and I rarely carry cash. Too bad!!!!

I really enjoy the coffee here. My favorites are the vanilla caramel latte and the white chocolate mochas. And like the environment on the inside. I do wish the prices were just a little bit cheaper, but I do enjoy when they have customer appreciation days and the coffee is buy on get one free!

I love the hometown feel of this place. I love that I can go to the drive through, start ordering my usual and they know who I am. They can even finish my order without me saying because I'm probably the only one that orders it that way. Most everyone I have encountered working there is very pleasant and super helpful. We love going there.

Still have issues.with paying $5 for.coffe but service is great and so is the coffee. Atmosphere.seems even more laid-back than typical. Internet cafe. They have nice booths in addition to tables which makes you feel less exposed to prying eyes.

Coffee could have been hotter, I like my coffee steaming hot and it wasn't, it was drinkable and I did enjoy the coffee shop.

One of my favorite places in town. The crew is extremely friendly and I don't think I've had one negative experience at any of my visits. The crew demonstrates a pride in their work which is a cherishable characteristic at any place of business in the service industry.

Coffee was ok,they need to have plain vanilla syrup not just french vanilla .

Yum Yum Yum in my Tum Tum Tum! Very good.... no.... very delicious iced coffe! And let me tell ya their sweets are to DIE for! I love going there will my family. Especially in the fall and winter time. But every season is great to go to Five Lakes Coffee Shop. I will for sure be going to this coffe shop again!! I recommend that you go too!
