Frozen black tie mocha is amazing. And yet, not too formal for everyday use! 😋 The staff has always been very friendly and helpful. This last trip was through the drive thru but the inside is a great place to meet with others or work alone. Very relaxing and enjoyable. Great job!

Great coffee, very very slow service, expect to wait in line at least 30 minutes. Reply: I have came here everyday since 2019 and the service has slowed starting the end of 2020 early 2021.

Coffee, tea, and scones were very good. But disorganized on inside orders. No one made us aware of our scones sitting in a bag on the counter, coffee came 5 minutes later and asked if we had our tea, which we didn't, so then waited on it. Would be nice to have ALL order at once.

Needs a bigger drive thru lane other then that the coffee is great hope they step it up for when scooters opens

A very well maintains and clean storefront. They had delicious freshly brewed coffee and teas available. They also had a good selection of bagged coffees and boxed teas for sale. Definitely going to be a long my stops for going into work every morning!

I tried to do some work in the coffee shop. My experience was a bit wild - the staff sat an employee down next to my table to reprimand his performance where all could hear vs in private. Then he left and the staff of 4 discussed this teammates bad behaviors for over 10 minutes for the entire coffee shop to hear. Clearly a culture of poor leadership, respect for privacy and lack of curtsey for customers. Legit vibe kill here. Have the coffee outside.
