Heine Brothers Coffee - Veterans Parkway

I have always had great service at this Heine Bros. The staff is very friendly. I have never had to wait long. They also have a knowledgeable staff that can suggest exactly what you had in mind. I love all the tea choices. They also offer almond milk and locally Heine Bros was offering it before Starbucks did. This was a HUGE make it or break it point for me. You have to be able to accommodate all the people with milk allergies. I also believe their coffee tasts better than Starbucks!

Edit: For some reason the drink quality has took a sharp downward dive. On some days the coffee is consistent with the HB name, and on others, it isn't at all. I recently had to return two drinks for how awful they tasted. The drive thru times are also much, much higher on the days that the coffee tastes bad. The customer service is still top notch, the environment is still great, and not all days are bad. However, more often than not I regret going because of the lesser quality of the drinks. It's the creation not the ingredients.

I've been visiting this place since they opened. It's always had a different vibe than the Louisville locations, but the coffee is still top shelf. I fear that shops like Coffee Crossing will put them out of business in the area. The atmosphere is great, and the selection is good too.

I still love this location very much, and am enjoying delicious coffee each time I've been back. There is plenty of seating, and I look forward to the nicer weather so they can open up that "garage door".

They have a weird thing where their power goes out multiple times a day. I frequent this location the most, usually very good coffee:) the last few visits, however, the shots pulled were awful and I tossed my drink. My husband loves their Dog Days beans for cold brew at home. They have yummy muffins and scones, too!

Really enjoy having coffee at Heine Brothers coffee with my mom. Always a nice place to relax and talk. Friendly service all the time. However, tried a pumpkin spice coffee, and I unfortunately have to say that Starbucks has Heine brothers beat on that. The flavor is not as good as the one at Starbucks. Still though, Heine Brothers is my favorite joint for coffee.

Good atmosphere for meetings or personal work. Saw several groups conducting business but never heard any other conversation than our own. Baristas are friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Only concern is that there is only one ordering line. If you're behind a customer with a long or complicated order (which happened to me), you will wait longer than if you frequented another coffee shop. Overall, though, good coffee and atmosphere.

I have been to many coffee shops, and this is one of my favorites! The staff is always friendly, and it has a glass garage door that is open to the patio when there is nice weather. Heine Bros also has fun seasonal drinks, and they add more espresso shots to their lattes compared to other coffee shops. 👌🏼

Coffee is great, but the staff and the team are even better. Great place to hang out and have coffee and work or chat
