Delicious coffee in a very cool, relaxing atmosphere. Each cup of coffee is made when ordered, and Embassy recently added an espresso machine to their line-up. I've never been disappointed by anything on the menu here, from coffee to toast to cold-pressed juice. If you haven't already, give Embassy a try!

Mediocre is the most accurate description, if i could give exatly 2.5 stars I would. The coffee tastes poor and is very expensive. The coffee tastes like the beans were left exposed to air for too long.
The atmosphere is very hipster, if you like this then it is perfect, but it doesn't feel like the local coffee shop that an Italian family owns. The room is very voluminous and austere feeling, not super comfortable to sit in. The tables are at standing height, and the side bench is extremely low to the ground.
I would recommend going to Starbucks or McDonald's instead, a $1.60 McDonald's coffee is similar or better quality and infinitely less pretentious.
If there are any local family owned diners, they would be the best option.

Been frequenting the place since they opened. The pour over coffee changed my entire coffee life, nothing tastes the same or as good anymore. Amazing and friendly staff, simplistic and inviting atmosphere both make every visit a pleasure.
Their food selection while not tons of options, is packed with tons of flavor and experiences.
Highly recommend to anyone in or passing through Goshen.

The best real smoothies I have ever had from any coffee shoppe, all real natural ingredients, very healthy and I am very picky as to what ingredients are used in my smoothies! Best coffee and friendly staff!! Great atmosphere!! I highly recommend this place!!

What a great little shop. The wifi and atmosphere was great and so was the staff. Our coffee and smoothies were also great. We look forward to going back for lunch. The sandwiches looked amazing.

Not your average coffee house! Unique and personal with each pour-over cup ground and made to order. The flavors were fantastic on their own without cream or sugar. If you’re looking for gourmet coffee, this is the place!

By far the best coffee in Goshen. Chris's vision for what coffee in the area should be is spot on and is perfectly captured in the clean, minimal atmosphere he has set up in the shop. I had an amazing experience both times I went today, and love how personable and open to chatting Chris is. Absolutely 100% recommend.
